Quando abbiamo mandato la figlia in Florida, abbiamo soggiornato in hotel per una notte.Il personale dell'hotel è molto attento a che abbiamo prenotato in anticipo. Situato direttamente dietro un edificio abbandonato che non è assolutamente illuminato.. Le persone che camminano e camminano senza veicoli sono estremamente spaventose. L'hotel non ha più un segno davanti. Siamo saliti nel buio e non sapevamo nemmeno se fosse l'hotel giusto. Il lobby è pulito. L'assistente del desk front era gentile. L'hotel è anche situato davanti a un sito di costruzione di ciò che sembra essere un nuovo hotel a costruzione con una pendenza di catena intorno a lui. Anche scarsamente illuminato. Molti degli ospiti di questo hotel avevano le loro porte aperte e sedevano in sedie sul lato. Questo mi fa credere che siano residenti di questo hotel/motel. Ci siamo chiesti e sono stati donati una stanza senza fumo. Quando siamo entrati in essa abbiamo fatto un giro di fumo. Quindi abbiamo chiuso la porta e siamo tornati in ufficio. La cameriera ha detto che era vicino a una stanza di fumo, così l’odore si spruzzava... ci ha dato un’altra stanza, alla porta. Ci siamo chiesti di cancellare, perché il tempo che abbiamo passato nelle stanze ci ha fatto sentire sempre più inquietanti e spaventati. Lei ha consigliato di non cancellare, quindi abbiamo lasciato l'hotel.Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel mentre viaggiavamo e siamo stati stanchi dopo 11 ore in macchina. Abbiamo anche un cane con noi e non c'era posto per camminare con l'erba. Ho emailato l'ufficio dell'hotel con risposta no quella notte.Sono una donna e sto viaggiando con mia figlia che ha 24 anni, non mi consiglio questo hotel, è estremamente insicuro. Non è ben accurato. Ho un video della luce fuori dalla nostra stanza e sopra la ficcatura. Abbiamo lasciato e rimasto altrove e voglio i miei soldi indietro. Se posso mai raggiungere questa società ......... I NON RECOMANDA

Ok, so Soddy Donets really have much of a selection of accommodations, which isn’t a huge surprise. A quick on line search found this place, very cheap price with a decent rating ( and some “clean” comments). Ok, here’s the GOOD! Cheap, rooms were clean, appeared to be safe area with well lite parking lot BAD/TURNOFF - their “front desk” is an outside secured bank teller type window with a sign to ring a bell. Once the employee came to window, she stretched her neck to view that it was only me and my sibling. So the door was buzzed and we were asked to come inside. A large Iron roll down grated remained down and separated us from the employees. Even though I always felt safe, ALL the vibes the staff were produced told me differently. Even though we had secured our rooms on line with cc, they insisted to take a $100 cash or credit deposit …. For ant damage or missing items from the room. I reluctant paid it. When my reservation online (third party) was made, only Smoking Rooms with one bed were showing. Again, figured I could deal with it one night. Upon check in midweek and in the evening, the car lot and unlit windows made it super obvious they had many rooms available. When I inquired about changing to a Non Smoking room for the night, she gave me some lame excuses about on-line booking and their limited ability to change rooms. Spoke to Mgr about this again in morning. While he listened and remained professional, he gave me same BS about inability to change room. OVERALL. If you can put up with absolutely Zero customer service and stupid rules….. oh and can put up with several very loud trains nearly through the night….. the price is right.lp

Ok, so Soddy Donets really have much of a selection of accommodations, which isn’t a huge surprise. A quick on line search found this place, very cheap price with a decent rating ( and some “clean” comments). Ok, here’s the GOOD! Cheap, rooms were clean, appeared to be safe area with well lite parking lot BAD/TURNOFF - their “front desk” is an outside secured bank teller type window with a sign to ring a bell. Once the employee came to window, she stretched her neck to view that it was only me and my sibling. So the door was buzzed and we were asked to come inside. A large Iron roll down grated remained down and separated us from the employees. Even though I always felt safe, ALL the vibes the staff were produced told me differently. Even though we had secured our rooms on line with cc, they insisted to take a $100 cash or credit deposit …. For ant damage or missing items from the room. I reluctant paid it. When my reservation online (third party) was made, only Smoking Rooms with one bed were showing. Again, figured I could deal with it one night. Upon check in midweek and in the evening, the car lot and unlit windows made it super obvious they had many rooms available. When I inquired about changing to a Non Smoking room for the night, she gave me some lame excuses about on-line booking and their limited ability to change rooms. Spoke to Mgr about this again in morning. While he listened and remained professional, he gave me same BS about inability to change room. OVERALL. If you can put up with absolutely Zero customer service and stupid rules….. oh and can put up with several very loud trains nearly through the night….. the price is right.lp

Ho fatto una prenotazione per il mio familiare che veniva a casa dall'esercito e ha un diploma che veniva. Ho fatto una prenotazione con LaQuinta perché sono un membro di Wyndham e perché non è uno di quei posti infestati a buon mercato. La mia vecchia carta di credito chiusa a causa di oneri fraudolenti era ancora elencata nella mia app come pagamento di default e non l'ha notato. Beh, ho ricevuto un'e-mail che diceva che la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata e poi ho ricevuto un'e-mail che diceva perché sono un locale che non potevo mantenere la mia prenotazione. Non mi fermero' fisicamente lì. Stavo per entrare con la mia carta e il mio ID e lasciare che il mio familiare rimanga lì. Che può essere fatto. Non ho mai conosciuto un hotel per non farlo. Ho parlato con l'agente del desk front e ho chiesto perché non mi è stato dato il tempo di richiamarmi e cambiare il numero della carta e lei ha detto bene che è già cancellato. Poi ho spiegato che non sarei rimasto lì e lei ha appena detto bene che è già cancellato e non abbiamo una politica locale. Ma non dove sull'app Wyndham è che anche elencato nella sezione politica dell'hotel. Lavoro per un hotel Wyndham, quindi so cosa può e non può essere fatto e vi dico che mi lamenterò per questo.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Hotel Chalet! The decor was beautiful & the staff was so helpful & accommodating. They definitely go out of their way to make your stay as great as it can be! The rooms were clean & extremely spacious, & the beds & pillows were so comfortable. You really can't beat the location right there at the Choo Choo. We had a wonderful time & will absolutely be back!! You should go, it is so worth it!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel almeno mezza dozzina di volte e ho sempre avuto un servizio eccezionale. Durante il fine settimana del giorno del lavoro sono arrivato lì dopo una settimana molto stressante. Ho prenotato per errore una camera con un letto. Dopo aver informato i servizi ospiti del mio errore, hanno subito andato a lavorare, cercando di trovare qualche alternativa per me. Mi è stata prestata molta attenzione, è stato rinfrescante. Hanno trovato una stanza che soddisfa la mia richiesta / necessità. Se sono nella zona Chattanooga, non voglio mai stare altrove.Ben fatto.
