Hotel in zona Peacockes Reserve Esplanade, Hamilton

Non restate qui a meno che non pianifichi un terribile sonno notturno. C'è un segno quando entrate nella stanza dicendo ”nessuna discoteca o festa”, che è anche perché c'è molta di quello che sta succedendo, sulla strada sotto per voi di godere mentre cercate di dormire fino alle 3 o 4 pm. L'unica cosa buona inizialmente sull'hotel è la posizione, tuttavia, che presto si è dimostrato negativo con la folle quantità di rumore fino a super tardi (musica, auto alte, persone urlando e un strano rumore umido nel tetto). La camera - soprattutto la camera da bagno è di qualità inferiore più come un hotel 2-3 stella. Non ho idea di come si considera 4 stelle! Il sedile da bagno era giallo e ben utilizzato - non ben attaccato al bagno e scivolato intorno. La pressione dell'acqua di doccia è debole e posizionata per persone che sono brevi. Il tessuto è ben indossato e le tole piccole. Ci sono spazi di parcheggio limitati che vengono prima servire. Terribile servizio clienti. La gente del front desk è inutile e non ha spiegato come entrare in hotel dopo ore che mi hanno lasciato fuori in trappola finché non hanno finalmente risposto al telefono e hanno fornito un codice per la porta. L'ascensore sembra che sta per rompere e era fuori ordine alle 1:00. Questo hotel è perfetto se non ti piace dormire, la qualità e il servizio clienti amichevole. Preferirei mangiare un formaggio più grasso che restare qui di nuovo.

The staff are amazing. I had a health scare while I was staying there. The closest ambulance was 3 hours away. One of the staff members I believe her name was Kodie, drove me in her own vehicle to the hospital. She was amazing. I can't thank her enough.

We stayed at the novotel for 3 night while I had surgery. The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are great with everything you would need. We didn't get milk but saw them on a service cart so might have been missed. The rooms were quiet but wouldn't say sound proof. The only issue was parking. We paid 32 for valet parking and it's was fine first night as it was kept in the basement but then it got busy and they took it elsewhere. Hubby was trying to come see me after surgery and he waited 40 mins outside for the vehicle. He isn't someone who likes to go back and follow up he hates confrontation and he waited till 30 mins then went and asked. Staff were friendly and there was always someone on the desk. Room service was good and hubby had dinner but was quiet expensive. I wouldn't stay again if I needed parking. But if I didn't I'd stay there so close to town and hospital

Indubbiamente uno dei migliori in ospite, servizio, spaziose e belle camere. Così cura e pensante mentre il nostro soggiorno come nostra madre era all'ospedale Waikato. Hanno davvero andato sopra e oltre, non possono davvero ringraziarli abbastanza. Maree e Grant sono ospiti meravigliosi e li rinviamo a chiunque 😊 Grazie per tutto!!! Simon Bel e Boys

Grande esperienza!

This is a very nice Ibis hotel. It is in the cbd adjacent to the river. It's sister hotel Novotel is next door. We only stayed one night, were upgraded to a river view room on the 7th floor. I liked the recent refurbishments which reflected the maori (indigenous) heritage of the area and there were lots of nice touches in the decor. We slept well on comfy and firm beds. Our accor gold status was recognised at checkin. We arrived in in the evening and parked on the street which was free after 6pm. Noted other reviewers comments on the valet parking charges which we didn't require. The first two hours are free during the day. See parking meter photo for details. We enjoyed a fabulous meal in the Ibis restaurant, using our Accorplus discount. The food was excellently prepared and well above the standard expected at Ibis properties. The breakfast was included in our rate and very nice. I would stay again if visiting Hamilton. NZ is not a cheap place to visit now post covid so I thought this property represented reasonable value for the room rate.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'inizio di novembre 2023 per il matrimonio dei nostri figli. L'alloggio è molto pulito e tutto quello che avete bisogno. Grande bagno e c'erano molta acqua e latte forniti nel frigo al primo piano. I letti erano grandi e comodi. La struttura per il matrimonio è perfetta, è piena di parcheggio e spazio per grandi gruppi nelle aree comuni. La sala di ricezione è perfetta con vista da tutte le finestre che rende un grande sfondo per le foto. Il personale è così attento, lavorare duro, così amichevole ed efficiente. Check-in è stato un brindisi, molto informativo e utile. Il colazione continentale è stato molto ben curato per l'inizio della giornata. Grazie a tutti a The Narrows Landing, io consiglierò molto ai familiari e ai miei amici.
