Quality Inn

My husband was delivering a set of trailers in Alabama he was tired and stopped in at this hotel around 10pm and left back out at 4am. They accused him of stealing a towel (which of course be did not) He stays in hotels alot and has NEVER EVER been accused of stealing something for Pete's sake. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! We had extra charges that came through our account. They said the room was 75.00 and 90.00 plus 13.00 for a towel came through. How many others do they do this too!!! This hotel does not "DO THE RIGHT THING" and its disgusting!! Very rude and hung up on us!!

Don’t do it. You’ll thank me later. $100+ for a smoking double room (all that was available, allegedly) and when I say smoking, I can’t tell you how bad this room smelled. Let’s discuss the “breakfast” that was available. 3 bagels and a wrapped danish. Seriously. Last straw for me was the argumentative manager over the coffee being ready. She made 3 guests put the coffee pot down because the green ready light hadn’t come on yet. That button means ready to brew the next pot! Argh!!

I stay with choices. Hotel is about 285 days of the year. I have a ser service animal. His documentation is on my choices app, but I was harassed and asked all consequence about my service animal after I had already booked online through my choices app. I gladly answered a few questions, but then it got out of hand. I was under the assumption that you cannot ask and stress somebody out about their service animal I have produced his certificate and his card and then I was asking what he was trained for. I told her that I have PTSD And the questions continued on as I’m signing in then a gentleman comes in because I did get a little uncomfortable about all the questions he told me that I could get the hell out of this hotel that he does not have to service me and I do not know the law and he can ask me whatever he wants About my service animal and he can also refuse me to stay there. I call choices and by the time that I have called them as I’m walking out the door, the gentleman had already canceled my reservations I had spent almost $500 on two rooms for three days apiece. Do not recommend this hotel. I’ve never been treated so poorly. I don’t know about a review on the rooms because I never made it to mine after a long, hard days work.

The lamps were blinking and the entry light went out right away inside our room. And i wasn't a fan of the coffee maker being in the bathroom. But otherwise it was a clean hotel with friendly staff and they stayed on top of meeting any needs.

Nice stay Everyone we came in contact with on staff was extremely pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about our stay. Was a pleasant over night stay.

Wouldn't let me use my reservation claiming my card was declining but went 3 miles down the road to another motel and the same card worked like a charm.
