Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly.
