Good service, convenient location, excellent cleanness, and room space.

I stayed at the Adina at the end of September 2024 with my elderly mother. First of all the Adina does not have on-site dining. At the time I was there, the restaurant was closed for meals except for a continental Breakfast (22 Euros). Since I was travelling with my mother we booked the one bedroom suite with a sofa bed that I was going to sleep on. When I got to the room I looked for the sheets for the sofa bed and did not find any. I went to the front desk and was informed that if I wanted sheets for the sofa bed it would cost 35 Euros per day!! I asked what the charge was for an extra person... the same. I then asked if I would at least get the bed opened at night and closed in the morning.... No that was not the case. The 35 Euros was for one time setup of the bed and the laundering of the sheets when we checked out. So if you are planning to use the sofa bed.....BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS. I do not appreciate establishments that list amenities that are not open and charge an exorbitant rate for something that should be included. Would not return to an Adina property!

Nice hotel but overpriced and hence not worth it. Nothing wrong with the room but nothing special about it either. Working desk in the room was occupied by a giant tv that could not be moved. Friendly and service minded front desk and ok breakfast.

Having never been to Hamburg, when we first arrived, I felt like we had made a mistake because it didn't feel as central as I expected from the map. In the end, I will say that the location is very good --- you just need to orient yourself to Hamburg first. The hotel is right in Neustadt which for me wasn't very impressive. There's not much to see --- there are a bunch of restaurants -- most of which seemed mediocre. To me, the immediate neighborhoof of Neustadt set a bad tone. You can, however, walk to the Fish Market in about 15 minutes and to Spiecherstadt in about 15-20 min depending what part. Alstadt is only 10 minutes and so is the Reaperbahn. The hotel itself has solid facilities. The rooms are very nicely sized and having a kitchen table and kitchenette is perfect for a city stay --- especially with a nice grocery store only a few steps from the property. Can save money cooking in the room or ordering take-away. The pool was closed when we were there but the sauna was open and was nice enough for an afternoon session after walking the city each day.

Way too expensive. At Adina M the amount you pay leads you to expect good service and that things are working and in order. We booked exactly this place because of access to a pool. But every of the three days we have been here pool has been closed (with a fine variety of explanations!). Furthermore our room has not been cleaned and no new towels provided. Staff generally not good at english…. All in all a rather disappointing stay !

We stayed 5 nights in the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment and it was sensational. Absolute care was given in preparing the apartment for us and it was super clean and fresh. All the beds were high quality as were the pillows and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast each morning and dinner on one or two occasions. The location was spectacular as well. S-bahn was just a 5-min walk in one direction, and the U-bahn was 5-min walk in the other direction. The property is just one block off a main road but it's 100% quiet. It's convenient to a grocery store (EDEKA just 2 blocks away) AND restaurants (there's a small farmer's market twice a week in a pedestrian-only area which is surrounded by neighborhood restaurants). This was our first Adina stay, but we have since stayed in Adina in Berlin too. We are devoted fans of Adina and will stay there whenever we can.

Great location, neat and clean, professional staff, very good breakfast. Everything can be visited on foot, public transport is close to the hotel.

We stayed at the Adina Apartment for a 3 night City trip to Hamburg. The hotel is located near the St. Pauli U-Bahn Station and a short walk from the Komponistenquartier and also Hamburg’s city centre can be reached within 15 minutes by foot. Close to the hotel is also a small bakery and super market. We arrived at the hotel in the evening via Taxi from the airport (EUR 33) and check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was located on the 2nd floor. It featured a small fully equipped kitchenet, a large comfortable bed and a big couch as well as a small balcony. The room was clean with all items in good working condition. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at the property and would reconsider in future.
