Schöne Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, gleich am Tierpark Hagenbeck, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe

Tagungshotel mit schnellem Anschluss in die Stadt. Bei längerem Aufenthalt die Hamburg Card nutzen und den PKW stehen lassen.

Wir kannten das Hotel von früher her und es hat sich sich NICHT geändert. Immer noch eine Top-Adresse im Hamburg. Egal ob nur für eine Übernachtung (wie jetzt) oder länger (vor 4 Jahren). Das Essen (hauptsächlich das Frühstück) ist sehr gut und reichlich. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir im Hamburg mal wieder übernachten oder Urlaub machen, gehört dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall zu den bevorzugten Adressen.

Hotel ist sehr toll! Lage ist auch super. Direkt am Zoo. Ein Besuch im Zoo sollte man in Erwägung ziehen! Gibt auch Ermäßigung im Hotel. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!! Gerne wieder. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Ich war das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und bin begeistert. Einfach wohlfühlen und verwöhnen lassen. Das Hotel hat einen sehr individuellen Stil. Damit auch Charme und Ausstrahlung. Alle Mitarbeiter sind außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlichen.

We had a great stay at the hotel! Our room was cozy and quiet, very clean. The bed was also comfortable. We had requested an additional bed for our 4 year daughter and the hotel has well prepared it, our daughter slept really well. The hotel has attractive interior. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, just enough choice, there was also a kitchen corner for the kids (my daughter loved it). My daughter received a few small gifts from the hotel and was very much excited! Thank you for the nice stay and the special attitude towards kids.

At the breakfast was a corner with lower shelves so kids can get some breakfast by themselves. The selection of food and beverages was great. All staff was very friendly; our 1 year old got even a toy as a present.

Friendliness and service mentality of staff, location. Very big rooms clean and quiet . Nice view from the windows.The location! Amazing.Has an elevator which I need. Good breakfast. Such an old building with a soul, restored and redecorated in the original style.

Frühstück ist ausreichend aber nichts besonderes ! Preis / Leistung insgesamt etwas überzogen.

Good 4* hotel but can expect better. the value for money is not so high. flexibility is not good enough according to me and my experience. the staff is kind and helpful. the diner was relatively poor and the same for the breakfast.

Der Aufenthalt war bis auf die kalte Dusche am Morgen hervorragend. Sowas kann vorkommen. Die Rezeption hat sich auch direkt bei Abfahrt um das Problem gekümmert. Vielen Dank

The hotel has very comfortable and very clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay and I would return if business ever brings me back to Hamburg. It it just a couple minute walk to the U-Bahn and a grocery store.
