Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen. Toilettentür ist immer wieder von alleine aufgeglitten. Waschbecken ist nicht abgeflossen.

I loved it. Faultless. Great team and good night”s sleep. Best burger I have ever had - the deluxe burger on the room service menu. I was taken care of and I can’t wait to come back. Nothing was too much trouble and the lovely lady who ironed my outfit for me was a delight. Yea, absolutely recommend.

Very helpful young guys at the reception desk on Sunday night who helped me get a restaurant reservation in the City. Super friendly and efficient. They also gave me a tourist booklet on Hamburg which I also appreciated. Very nice breakfast buffet.

This was not a pleasant experience, despite there being good people employed throughout at the hotel......this hotel was/ is inept at handling overcharges to my credit card, and did not respond to emails addressing these issues. This failure to address a customer's problems does not bode well of an entity calling itself a "luxury property", and has clouded my opinion of my stay at this hotel. I would suggest that you do not pay for anything in advance (like taxi service), and look for additional charges at check-out. My suite had holes drilled by mistake into the tiles in the shower, and the remedy was simply to caulk over the holes......this should not have occurred as it did. The breakfast was good as was the service. I've had closets bigger than the sauna. Overall, I would suggest that if you want a luxury experience that you look elsewhere.

Amazing, beautiful hotel with attentive service and an excellent breakfast. The pool, sauna and steam room were clean and stylish. The room was spacious and modern. Although there was no air conditioning the windows opened wide and air circulated. It was well designed. The breakfast stood out with ginger shots, chia pudding, an attentive hostess who remembered our coffee orders. Location was very convenient to the start of the Hamburg Triathlon. We will go back on our next trip to Hamburg.

Great hotel - Check in was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and tidy and nice with the stream from own device function. The restaurant and bar are a highlight. Staff super skilled, friendly and hospitable. A hotel experience that you wish for.

Great hotel. Service was excellent. The room was very clean and modern. The hotel bar and restaurant offer very good food and drinks. I would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating also.
