We recently stayed at the hotel for a family getaway, and our experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, which set a friendly tone for our stay. However, while our room was tidy, it unfortunately did not meet our cleanliness expectations. We were surprised to find that there were no telephones in the room, which made communication with the front desk a bit inconvenient. One significant issue we encountered was the lack of hot water. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were informed that the solar system was not functioning properly on rainy days. This was disappointing, as we were unable to enjoy comfortable showers during our stay. The restaurant left something to be desired, too. While the dinner was quite enjoyable, both breakfast and lunch did not meet our expectations, and we noticed that the dining area could have been cleaner. Overall, the maintenance of the facilities seemed to be lacking. On a brighter note, the pool area was well-maintained and provided a pleasant experience for the whole family. We appreciated the friendly demeanor of the staff throughout our stay. Additionally, the resort's easy access from Hambanthota was a definite plus. Can not recommend to another for a stay after spending that much money.

La strada per il ristorante sarà passata da un elefante e un uomo.La strada dello stesso hotel è il parco di carico di Yala, quindi prendere l'auto e uscire per vedere i gioielli, le mucche, i buoi e tutti i tipi di uccelli.C'è un'illusione di entrare in anticipo nel parco Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, il personale è buono e saluta ogni ospite. Il parco nazionale di Ara è raccomandato in tutto il pacchetto. Il viaggio è fissato alle cinque e mezza mattina. Una mattina vi incontrerà tranquillamente un guide turistico alla porta di Liu.Il guide turistico inglese è buono, il viaggio sarà spiegato.Questa volta è un piacere vedere i fiori e le vite che si incontrano.Molto felice viaggio!

The hotel is located in a great location, close to Yalla Park. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. Many thanks to the manager who helped us organize our safari. I want to point out the strange behavior of the ladies at the reception. Not customer-oriented.

Elephant Reach is the perfect location, close to Yala National park. Many travel hours for this safari, the hotel is only 20 minutes away. The rooms are clean and spacious, all situated around a grassy area with the pool centre stage. The mattresses are very comfortable. The food is varied, a good quality and staff are attentive. Service isn’t flawless, but there are ready smiles and authentic hospitality. We were there for two days as a couple and enjoyed our stay. However groups do dominate the restaurant and when running at capacity there was a shortage of plates and some tureens empty of food. But as a big positive, my wife is allergic to hot food and the chef cooked her personal pasta dishes. This was top notch service we appreciated.
