Hotel in zona DKNY, Halton Hills

Non sono difficile da piacere. Mi piacciono le camere pulite, le belle strutture e il buon servizio clienti. Questo HI non è affatto. Abbiamo controllato per un soggiorno di cinque giorni da un padre arrabbiato che conforta un toddler nelle sue braccia. Ieri siamo tornati a casa in camera senza dover essere forniti con carta da bagno per caffè e asciugamani, pensando che fosse una fuori. Oggi siamo tornati nella nostra stanza dopo un lungo giorno per trovare di nuovo nessuna custodia. Sono andato al desk, dicendo per la COVID, custodia solo disponibile per REQUEST! Nessuna tovagliola fresca. Nessun bagno vuoto. Nessuna carta da bagno. Nessun caffè... Sono sull'app... nessuna menzione di queste regole su di esso, nessuna menzione da parte del padre al check-in e nessuna menzione sul mio email. È stato consegnato senza vestiti, dovremmo chiedere di tenere la casa al mattino e andiamo a letto. 11:40pm telefono e ufficio frontale chiede se mi hanno dato le chiavi quando hanno consegnato le tovaglie. Quindi ora sono le 11:36 pm, sono stanco e stupido e faccio questo recensione mentre tutti i dettagli sono freschi. Non prenotare qui di nuovo e scusami che sono qui per un'altra notte.

Solo per una notte, ma valeva la pena usare i miei punti! Per la prima volta in città di George e io ero li per un incontro. Tutto superato le mie aspettative ... Il personale è davvero gentile, la stanza era super pulita, il grattaglio e andare colazione era buono. Non posso dire abbastanza buone cose su questo Best Western ... E questo è il motivo per cui il mio nuovo preferito si raccomanda a chiunque. 10/10

I usually don’t write reviews but in case any of you are immunocompromised or care about cleanliness, I felt that I should warn you. I ended up have a nightmare of a stay for a few hours here. I was in town for my grandmother's funeral. I arrived quite tired after my flight and having worked earlier. Initially, things were fine. Check in went smoothly and quickly thankfully. I reserved a one bedroom suite. All I wanted to do was eat dinner, shower and sleep. After dinner arrived via uber eats, I ate in the living area and watched tv. About two hours into my stay, I went to the washroom and noticed a hair on the folded towels. Gross. I went over to the bed and noticed hairs on the top blanket and pillowcase. I lifted the blanket and found more hairs. Clearly, a new blanket and linen was not placed on the bed. Instead, I imagine the staff just remade the bed using the linen the previous guest used. I also noticed a stain on the top blanket and one of the pillowcases. So I went down and spoke to the front desk. The guy there had a hoodie on, I didn’t get his name, I guess the hoodie covered the name tag. I told him about the hairs, he seemed surprised, look at the computer and said there aren’t any other rooms available. I told him, “that’s fine, I would like to just leave. Please cancel my reservation.” He then became rude and said “you checked in two hours ago, if you had told me right away, I could have done something. I can’t cancel your reservation.” I tried to explain to him that I had been eating dinner and didn’t think to immediately inspect the linen and towels when I first got to the room. Because when paying over $300 CAD a night for a hotel room, I like to assume that the room will be clean. I guess that was my mistake. He started talking over me and repeating himself over and over. I kept trying to explain, “I don’t want another room. I want the rest of my stay cancelled.” I had reserved the room for three nights. But he just continued talking over me. Finally, I told him I would call customer service and left. It was very upsetting conversing with someone so rude and unapologetic. Back in the room, I called customer service. The agent I spoke to was very kind and apologized despite it not being her fault. She agreed that I should be able to assume that the room would be clean and shouldn’t need to inspect the bed and towels when I first get to the room. She unfortunately couldn’t cancel my stay since it was still active and said that the hotel staff would have it cancel it. She said she would send a message to the hotel to let them know of the cleanliness issue. I then looked for a new hotel to stay at and fortunately found one close by and left. As I was leaving (this was about 3 hours after arriving), I saw a different guy at the front desk. I gave him my keys and told him I was leaving and to please check me out. Anche se era in costruzione, la stanza in cui ero rimasto era assolutamente bella. Certamente una delle migliori stanza che ho prenotato e resterà qui in un futuro prossimo. Buon cliente.

Noleggiare un auto a Toronto per vedere un amico.La stanza è vasta, la posizione geografica è conveniente, il parcheggio è 18 yuan al giorno.Il servizio è attento, aiutami a stampare i documenti gratis.Guida da solo, molti posti per mangiare vicino sono ancora molto conveniente

***** WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ***** I have now witnessed the most incompetent guest service at a hotel ever. My background is Hotels. I worked at Claridges one of the most prestigious five star hotels in London England with Gordon Ramsey as our executive chef. I also worked as the head concierge at The Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff as some examples. We were trained properly to go above and beyond a guests expectations. Upon arrival we waited over two and a half hours to get checked in as we were the only ones there at the time. Unfortunately due to the horrible management of this property they left a new team member on the front desk that had only been working there for a week. (complete failure on their part) He was absolutely lost and even said while he was dealing with me that he was going to have a heart attack or commit suicide after his shift. He was so flustered trying to get any kind of help from management on the phone. Finally the night auditor showed up and was able to check-in the backlog of guests sitting around the lobby. We had a confirmed booking for 2 Queens beds and upon our arrival into our room it was a king and sofa bed. I went back down to the lobby and they said that they would deal with it in the morning as the manager would get back to me about the room and our experience the night before. (I'd also just had back surgery 5 weeks prior) Our rate for the two Queens was 169 per night. After a Week (not the next day as promised) I finally received a call from the hotel operations manager Nalini Cackryanathen about my experience. She explained I would also not qualify for the 169 as we had a king bed and would have to pay 229 instead? ***? WE BOOKED AND HAD CONFIRMED TWO QUEEN BEDS with a confirmation number. In the end they offered a free night voucher to the hotel - NO CHANCE WE WILL GO BACK EVEN FOR FREE. I asked for the owners email so I could explain what is going on in his hotel and they refused saying he's not hands on and isn't really interested in the daily operations of his property? 🤯 I guess it comes from the top down!
