Hotel a Ha Long

"È accogliente e pulito. Ero confuso perché non c'era nessun ristorante aperto durante le festività del Capodanno lunare, ma mi hanno anche aiutato a trovarne uno. Anche la colazione è piuttosto buona. C'erano kimchi e una varietà di piatti nel menu. Tutto il personale era cordiale."

"Ho fatto una crociera con i miei due figli, e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. Questo è stato certamente l'evidenza di tutta la nostra viaggia in Vietnam! Le visione erano come il cielo sulla terra, e essere circondato da isole Karst dalla nave si sentiva davvero magica. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, e abbiamo fatto uso del giaccheggio e del balcone, soffocando in un paesaggio incredibile; ma ci sono state solo poche attività, ma erano perfette per qualcuno come me nei miei sessanta anni o per coloro che preferiscono una più relaxante esperienza di crociera. Abbiamo ancora bisogno di godere di una gita di bambù, esplorare la Caverna Oscura e luminosa, partecipare a una classe di cucina, pescare in campagna, e cercare di pescare con lenzuola Il cibo era eccellente, e il personale era entusiasta e amichevole. Grazie per aver reso il nostro viaggio in Vietnam così memorabile!"

"Decent cruise, amazing mega yacht in immaculate and clean condition. Staff were extremely good! Wifi was terrible and non existent Food options could be improved, wouldn’t say it is 5 star quality food."

"La stanza è pulita, comoda e ben attrezzata. La stanza era come la foto: mobili moderni, comodità con letto con mattress eccellente, piombo di alta qualità. La stanza ha tutto quello che ti serve: aria condizionata, TV, tè e set di caffè, e la stanza era un tug!!! È importante sapere: visitare la piscina comporta il pagamento di 160 - Sono migliaia di dong. Vorrei ringraziare il proprietario dell'appartamento Kevin, che non solo ci ha offerto un alloggio confortevole, ma ha anche aiutato a organizzare un crociera sulla baia di Halong e ha prenotato un trasferimento anticipato al nostro prossimo punto di viaggio. "Check-in at the Radisson was quick and smooth. The hotel is large and modern with a beautiful lobby. The room was modern and nicely decorated. The outdoor pool was unfortunately very cold as it was not heated, but the indoor pool was pleasantly warm. One downside was that there was no staff at the bar, and no one came by to ask if we wanted drinks or food – although this may have been due to the off-season. On the positive side, they kindly allowed me a fresh-up after check-out, which I greatly appreciated."

"It is an apartment, but the cleanliness was pretty mid . It offered many amenities such as a washing machine and kitchen, but with no room service available, the general floor of the room was rather dirty and dusty . We had to wear slippers to walk around . But it was spacious and big, which is a positive trait of this stay ."

Grazie in particolare a Tom, che mi ha servito la tavola.I miei genitori si sono sentiti molto confortevoli con il suo servizio. "We had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom ”cruise” manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with ”corner” views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew ******! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!"
