I went to this hotel for New Year and it was a very good surprise that the party-dinner that they offered to guests was amazing, the food was incredible good. The hotel also has facilities for small kids play + social place near by, very convenient for parents. The only inconvenience was the bathtub that should be clean deeply, a little bit of oil inside, the rest amazing. To go to the beach a little bit far by walking. The view for the sea is amazing too. The food in the restaurant was very good too.

L'hotel è nuovo e pulito, le cose sono molto amichevole e professionale.Tutto è stato molto buono durante il nostro soggiorno.
L'unica cosa sgradevole è la costruzione sotto le finestre delle camere di vista sul mare. Tuttavia, non è certamente colpa dell’hotel, e inoltre, la roba ci ha fornito un altro soggiorno due volte: uno sul piano superiore e un altro sull’altro lato dell’edificio, dove il suono della costruzione è quasi zero.
As for location - you will need to use taxi to get to city center, restaurant and cruise ports, but that’s ok, if you have Grab/Bolt. The prices between VND 45.000 and VND 140.000 depending on distance.
N.B. Abbiamo visitato Halong in una stagione molto bassa, quindi circa il 60% dei bar/ristoranti sono stati chiusi e il resto è stato vuoto (eccetto per un paio di europei).

Sono stato lì per 3 giorni. Nel servizio generale è buono. Il personale è bello. La stanza è davvero grande e pulita. L'annullamento del rumore è eccellente. Non posso sentire nulla nemmeno l'hotel situato vicino a un bar.

I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience!
The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration.
And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special.
The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe.
Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.

Il sistema di check-in a terra e di prendere una barca per Vinpearl Island non è così scomodo come pensavo e mi piace molto la sensazione di un nuovo spazio.
La colazione era deliziosa e i sentieri erano buoni, quindi era il posto perfetto per mio padre, che ha problemi alle gambe, per fare una passeggiata senza sentirsi ansioso quando attraversa la strada, tipico del Vietnam.
Era bello avere una spiaggia sabbiosa su tre lati, che aveva anche molto fascino.
È stato un viaggio felice senza che mancasse nulla.La cena a buffet è stata più deludente del previsto.
Stavo pensando di provare la bistecca.
Il servizio è buono e consiglio vivamente di bere birra nella piscina all'aperto ^^*

Un soggiorno molto piacevole Il balcone della camera con vista mare prenotata appositamente ha una vista fantastica e le strutture hardware della camera d'albergo sono nuovissime e ben mantenute. Il check-in alla reception è stato molto veloce e l'atteggiamento del servizio è stato ottimo. Il direttore Pham Thanh Nam non solo mi ha aiutato a fare il check-in, ma mi ha anche presentato con entusiasmo le strutture dell'hotel la stanza e presentò i servizi della stanza. L'hotel è anche molto comodo per raggiungere i punti panoramici circostanti e nelle vicinanze c'è anche il delizioso Pho Bo preparato dal locale Lao Andy. È stata un'esperienza di alloggio perfetta. La prenoterò di nuovo quando verrò a Halong City in futuro!

Anche se classificato come un hotel di lusso 4-star, non c'era servizio concierge e abbiamo dovuto trasferire il nostro bagaglio nella stanza. Solo due membri del personale del desk front were there, who did everything. Non c'era nessun agente di viaggio per fornire informazioni o servizi di viaggio o crociera a Halong Bay.
La diffusione del colazione era limitata alla selezione tra le opzioni 2-3 un giorno in anticipo, che non era un menu 4-star.
La camera fornita era una suite a due camere con una cucina attaccata, con un forno, ma senza utensili o nemmeno piatti per servire, e mancava anche una necessità di base come una microonde per il riscaldamento. Non c'era nessun impianto per lavare i lavastoviglie.

A beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning views of Halong Bay. We were in a twin room on the 12th floor which was quiet at night, with an incredible view of the bay and overlooking the pool - possibly the best view I’ve ever had. The service was great and the staff all very polite, friendly and helpful. There is good variety in the restaurants and prices are reasonable for what you receive. We also took full advantage of the grand spa, which offers a full range of treatments at a reasonable price. The spa staff could possibly have been a touch more professional (there was giggling which wasn’t totally appreciated) and the reflexology was much more of a leg massage, however we still enjoyed our treatments and for the price versus time of treatments we were happy. Location of the hotel is beautiful and away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city, though this means taxis are necessary in order to get anywhere. Hotel staff are very happy to help you organise these taxis though which made things very accessible. Overall a lovely stay and I would certainly stay here again.

CChin Chun HsiaoI participated in this three-day, two-night trip alone with my two children. Before the trip, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey.
The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier.
During the trip, I am very grateful to all the staff on the Le Journey Luxury Cruise, especially Mark, who took care of us for three days and two nights, and Owen, who took us to Viet Hai Village on the second day. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you!
The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle.
The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises!
I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!

UUtente ospiteSuperb experience from check-in to check-out. Excelente servizio da Bryan e squadra a bordo - erano attenti, utili e divertenti! La cena a bordo era grande con buona diffusione buffet e delizioso cena 6-course! La stanza è decorata con gusto (divertita con balcone e bagno!) e c'è molto spazio per raffreddare e hangout.
Il tempo delle attività è stato buono e non così pieno che li rendeva piacevoli e immediati.

SShirley Chong Choon LangLa mia famiglia ci ha goduto molto sulla Rita Cruise, che ci è stata spostata dalla crociera di Alisa sulla Baia di Ha Long a causa di circostanze impreviste, e siamo stati informati immediatamente dal sig. Tony Pham, CEO della società. Il trasporto dall'hotel fino all'arrivo era regolare. Alex e Happy sulla crociera Rita si assicuravano che tutti gli ospiti fossero curati durante la crociera. Il cibo era abbondante e ben preparato. Le attività erano ragionevoli e variabili. La caverna e le grotte che guardavano in barca erano divertenti da tutti. Ho avuto un'esperienza di cucina a bordo. Il mio hubby e la mia figlia si divertivano nella pesca dello squalo. La suite presidenziale che abbiamo soggiornato era sorprendente. Ho goduto il jacuzzi, la sedia di massaggio e il divertimento al mini golf sul balcone, un viaggio memorabile e inoltrabile per noi, grazie all'onorevole Tony per i ricordi e per il costante controllo per assicurarsi che ci si trovi bene. Il gesto è molto apprezzato. Controlla queste crociere se mai a Hanoi.

UUtente anonimoHo fatto una crociera con i miei due figli, e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. Questo è stato certamente l'evidenza di tutta la nostra viaggia in Vietnam! Le visione erano come il cielo sulla terra, e essere circondato da isole Karst dalla nave si sentiva davvero magica.
La nostra stanza era spaziosa, e abbiamo fatto uso del giaccheggio e del balcone, soffocando in un paesaggio incredibile; ma ci sono state solo poche attività, ma erano perfette per qualcuno come me nei miei sessanta anni o per coloro che preferiscono una più relaxante esperienza di crociera. Abbiamo ancora bisogno di godere di una gita di bambù, esplorare la Caverna Oscura e luminosa, partecipare a una classe di cucina, pescare in campagna, e cercare di pescare con lenzuola
Il cibo era eccellente, e il personale era entusiasta e amichevole. Grazie per aver reso il nostro viaggio in Vietnam così memorabile!

I really enjoy es my stay at Novotel Ha Long Bay.
1. The room is extremely spacious. I would say that 3 people moving around would be no problem at all. The bed is also large.
2. The amenities are superb, I got all I need and some of those are eco-friendly items.
3. Not only the bedroom, the bathroom is spacious too. Wow!
4. The staffs are humble and understanding. At first I requested a late checkout until 12.30, yet I changed it to 13.00 because I just got back from my friend’s wedding. Furthermore, they always helping me order Main Linh taxi.
5. Squeaky clean!!! I love clean property!!!
Unfortunately, there is no bidet. Indonesians use bidet daily. There is no option a of Halal food, yet it is okay, that is just common in Vietnam. Overall, my experience was impressive to the point I even take photos for the purpose of reviewing how good this hotel was.
