Un bel posto nella natura. Tutti dalla reception, la ragazza in piscina al signor Stefanos sono stati molto disponibili e disposti a servirti. L'hotel ha due svantaggi. La spiaggia potrebbe essere più ordinata e pulita. Mi fermo all'ultima con una foto......gli asciugamani puliti in attesa di essere messi nelle stanze.....aperti per terra 😏

Hotel molto carino, tra gli alberi, pulitissimo e con personale gentilissimo e disponibile! La spiaggia è a 5 minuti a piedi e se la raggiungi con calma è bellissima. La colazione è molto gustosa, la piscina è pulita e il ristorante ha piatti molto gustosi. In generale, un'ottima scelta se vuoi riposarti e rilassarti. Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

Chi avrebbe mai pensato che da qualche parte nella vivace prima tappa di Halkidiki, si potesse trovare la pace, la privacy e la vegetazione di un'isola privata esotica e isolata..... Eppure esiste, a meno di un'ora di macchina da Salonicco, ha i comfort di una struttura moderna e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!! La fuga di tre giorni è stata una vera rivelazione, letteralmente. Tutto lo staff con cortesia e sorriso, pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze e soprattutto Xenia alla reception, un vero tesoro!!! Buon lavoro e buona ricompensa!!! PS Fortunatamente non sono stato influenzato dai commenti di alcuni sui passaggi, sui percorsi difficili e su vari altri terrori. Chi si stanca di dieci passi o tre minuti a piedi nella natura, allora scelga il noleggio sull'asfalto e il bar in spiaggia con i greci!!!! Anche il resto di noi deve trovare la pace da qualche parte a una distanza ragionevole e non dover vagare ai margini della Grecia, una gita di un giorno, alla ricerca di un luogo di vacanza.

I have visited this magnificent hotel in the summer of 2023. Everything was great, but to have a great time you should read the descriptions about the location and the hotel in general. It is a small but majestic hotel hidden in nature, a gem for people who enjoy a calm, quiet vacation and the nature. We were waking up with bird songs and walked the really nice downhill path to the beach, through the pine forest (would take about 4-5 minutes of walking though). The beach is kind of wild, but the hotels provides sunbeds and umbrellas for free to the hotel guests. It was a bit inconvenient for me that the restaurant closes by 10 pm, but i understand that they want to maintain the evening serenity of a place with a lot of families. Although staying on the second floor, it wasn't too much of a hassle as the stairs are not too steep. Totally worth the sea view! Ksenia is a gem, very great and really helpful, going over and beyond. In conclusion, I'm really happy i didn't take into consideration some of the really negative reviews, but you can't please everyone and not everyone understands that not every place is for everyone. More rooms for us if they dont visit 😋.

I am coming to this accommodation for the first time and really enchanted by the beauty of the location: green, blue, birds chirping. Calm and relaxation is what you need on your vacation and they offer it. The rooms were beautiful and the staff so welcoming. I want to sincerely thank Mrs. Xenia who from the first moment took us by the hand and guided us through these beautiful days. Exceptional restaurant with sea food and great wine and cocktails list . Fast service. The pool was very beautiful and surrounded by trees and greenery, also very clean with comfortable sunbeds. The pool bar, where you can order drinks and snacks is a great plus. I can fully recommend Avatel for the family vacation or vacation with your other half. We will definitely meet again next season !

It was a very nice stay, perfect breakfast, always clean, friendly staff, beautiful territory of the hotel, everything good made. A nice local music in a restaurant in the evening. Helpful staff. Thank you very much. We enjoyed it. The beach has stones, it was not so good to swim, we were driving to another beach.

We had a perfect stay at Avatel Eco Lodge this summer! If you like beautiful Mediterranean nature and would enjoy staying at a place that is away from the noise and touristy roads, this is a place to be. At the same time, the village of Kriopigi with multiple tavernas and bars is within walking distance. The hotel has its own beautiful private beach, that, although quite small, was never crowded. However, you need to follow some stairs on a picturesque path to get there (to be kept in mind if you have mobility issues). The hotel itself is very tidy, the rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. The staff are all super nice and always helpful! Special thanks to Ksenia who arranged a late check out for us :) Would definitely recommend this place.

First of all the place is all about cheap, low quality, from furniture to amenities, It is full of of green, trees etc but there is a down size to this, the sea breeze doesn’t pass the tall trees so the air is suffocating during night time. Also, the closest tavern is at least 2 km away, you need to take the car. They are aware of this and a beer(0,3) is 5.5 euros whereas in Kriopigi, at restaurants is 2,8 maximum 3.00 euro. The trip to the sea is an adventure. Difficult, very steep, lots of stairs. This is not family friendly, if you have small children it could be very difficult. Also, there is no private beach! Is private because the have some signs on the umbrella and sun-beds but people come from nearby villas and use them. The hotel was half empty and there were no sun-beds available! Warning! there are sea urchins in the water! No warnings from the hotel! The biggest problem was the pool! Dirty, muddy aspect, it looks like unhealthy! I put some pictures. It was worse then the picture in some days. There was a guy at the pool, we complained about the quality and he said is fine it was because of the clorura! What??? We’ve been in so many places this was the dirtiest pool I have ever seen! We paid for a pool we never used! There was a power cut for 36 hours straight, when it happened there was nobody at the reception, they appeared in the morning! Imagine 36 hours with no AC at 29 degrees at night and 39 during day! In fact, when we left, at 09.30 am there was nobody at the reception as well, we had some water and beer to pay, some 7 euros but there was no one to pay to! Unbelievable! Comparing with their claims and photos this is cheating. Should be half the price they asking and it wouldn’t be enough! The price/quality ratio is the worst ever. PS Nothing ECO about this place! Nothing environmental friendly just empty words in the title. Avoid this place! Please note, I have a lot of reviews, this is my personal experience, no matter of possible management response this is the real situation!

What we liked? Although the building is not new, it is renovated Hotel facilities are good and well maintained Oasis in the middle of small forest Outdoor hotel area is super nice, green and also very well maintained Pool and pool area is outstanding Very good buffet breakfast We took half board and we were expecting buffet dinner. We were a bit surprised and to some extend disappointed when we were told the dinner is set menu. Still it was four course menu and we had to select in between 3 options for each course. The initial disappointment was overturned by the food quality and taste. Everything was delicios. Food varieties and options we had were good. One thing that stands the most? People working there. Everybody, but the cleaning ladies, were super nice, helpful and always smiling(despite it was looking like they do long hours with little or no days off). In my opinion the people working there add real value to the overall guests experience Areas for improvement? It worth having Do Not Disturb tags in the rooms. We were with a todller and the cleaing ladies walked into the room twice while the toddler was sleeping during the day. They did this on our first and last day. We told them not to come for cleaning between 1-3 pm which they did, with exception of our last day. We stayed in July and it was super warm weatheroutside. It worth adding some kind of cooling fans in the main restaurant Beach? Water was crystal clear Both beach and the water had rocks. Buy beach shoes The hotel is trying to maintain small area, with 10-11 free of charge umbrellas, however the beach is just not good enough There are many super good beaches and beach bars in the area, therefore that is not a problem for a people ready to drive 10-15 mins Overall although there are things that could have been better the hotel is excellent value for money. 5/5
