Second story wide, open-air deck overlooking a perfect view of the lake, quiet screened in porch with lake view to relax and read a book, shaded patio area downstairs right off the ground floor which walks directly into large flat grass yard, have a blast on the water with your own private spacious dock with sound system via bluetooth! Kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, and water pad for the kids! Outdoor T.V. at boathouse with cable!
