I've had the pleasure of staying at several high-end hotels, including the Hakone Gora Byakudan. Without a doubt, Byakudan surpasses its competitors in every aspect. The service, facilities, and genuine care for guests are exceptional. I only wish I could have extended my stay. The room was flawlessly clean, and the bed provided a truly restful night's sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, readily available to assist with any needs. The hotel's location is convenient, offering easy access to local attractions. Additionally, the complimentary car service to nearby destinations such as art museums and the cable station was a thoughtful touch. The Japanese dinner and breakfast were beyond delicious, featuring a diverse array of options. The snacks and wine bar were equally impressive. I particularly enjoyed the massage chair and the delightful ice-cream selection. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hakone Gora Byakudan to anyone visiting the area

We stayed at Byakudan and loved it. The staff were very kind and high quality of service. From the moment we walked in, we were attended to in great detail and provided excellent service and amenities. We stayed in the Jin Suite and it was very spacious, comfortable, clean and relaxing. The furnishings were a nice blend of Japanese and Western. The open air private onsen was large and private. Every dish in the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious. We will definitely come back to stay at Byakudan in Hakone Gora again!

Private onsen on the room and you can have your own dinning area were super nice. You can enjoy all the amenities in the hotel. Highly recommended for couples and families who want to spend time together and do nothing because the atmosphere there was so relaxed. Friendly staffs and they even drove us to the nearest station.

The best hotel which i have ever tried, food is so so so good , service is excellent, looking forward to come again soon !

Everything is perfect. Nice and cosy. Recommend to stay 2 nights if you want to do a day trip around the area.

Very nice and quiet environment for complete relaxation! Great service and can enjoy free coffee & tea/wine/snacks. It's better to stay 2 nights or up.

入住當日進到大堂馬上想續住一晚的酒店。【可惜full了】 酒店指引和溝通 衹有日語和英語 走的時候安排shuttle bus可以帶到【小湧谷】站。 PS：登山纜車有分上下，錯了方向要兜一大圈，記得和他們説你要去的方向。

很糾結的一次預訂，很多人都説白檀的餐不好吃，生怕這麼高的價格浪費掉了，但我覺得還挺好的啊，全家人都吃的特別滿意，我們全家在這裏度過了特別愜意的時光，一定要儘早入住，下午四點和早上九點半，我跟女兒獨享了負一層的大温泉，温泉出來的抹茶冰激凌很好吃，這是一次美好的體驗，就是價格太高了，體驗一下就好啦

總體：三星半，一晚六千算是踩雷 1、很小的一家旅館，在攜程訂的房間，寫的清清楚楚1樓，到了酒店被安排到了2樓，2樓泡湯就是陽台很簡單，沒有園林風景，找了攜程和店家，店家説客房今日滿，不可以協調，而且強調攜程訂房不可以定樓層，體驗感差。 2、公湯很小，温度低。私湯和公湯感覺最明顯的就是池底有小砂石，不太乾淨的感覺。 3、酒店食物一般，還沒有星野做得好。 4、已經變成網紅酒店了，酒店面積不大，很小，位置離天悠很近，除了私密比天悠好，不如選天悠。 優點：很出片，晚上有free的零食和酒水吧，但真的不值6000一晚，慎重。

屬於是在聖誕節期間撿漏的預訂，打算在箱根待兩天，但是白檀衹有兩天在兩個不同的房間可以預訂。不管怎麼樣還是訂了，並且寫郵件過去看是否可以協調。沒想到回覆得很快並且很順利被安排到了同一個房間住兩晚。我們入的房間是“湧”，是一個套房。房間本身非常好，寬敞，温度，細節到位。我講一個細節：每天晚上回到房間，燒水壺裡的水總是加滿的，衹要按下開關燒開了就可以了，感受到了服務的用心。 整個旅館非常精緻，區別於傳統的日式温泉旅館，裝修還是比較現代的。我認為他們提供的餐食是值回房價的。兩天兩頓懷石的晚餐+一西式一日式早餐，主打一個午飯不用吃了，太撐了！懷石的口味偏清爽，看得出來主廚真的很喜歡用金桔調味。零食吧和酒水吧隨意自取，小朋友們都開心的不得了。 這個旅館每個房間的私湯都有不同的景緻，值得一一去嘗試。私湯可以自己調節温度，24小時一直在換水，所以非常非常乾淨。下次來的時候我一定得早點訂，換一個不同的房間體驗。 5星推薦，這麼好的温泉旅館衹會越來越難訂，想要體驗的話，趁早喲！

每一位服務人員都很友善，環境很好，很享受在飯店的時間。到小湧谷站可以請站務人員聯繫飯店派車來接，獨立泡湯池溫度很燙要小心加冷水調和，餐點我也覺得不錯，有自己的獨立用餐包廂，總的來說非常滿意，要不是價格太貴，真想多住兩晚！

酒店服務到房間和餐食都是一等一的，晚上還有免費零食和酒水供大家使用。房間香薰也很大。非常棒的體驗
