Hotel in zona Monument of Yanagawa Kumakichi, Hakodate

This hotel located 7 minutes walk from Hakodate Station. In winter, I don’t really recommend this hotel if you are coming from the station and walk to hotel with big luggages as the snow will be everywhere and it will be so hard to carry around the big luggages in the snow. However, I didn’t regret for choosing this hotel because the staff was so lovely, and the room is very comfortable with microwave and washing machines provided so I didn’t have to go outside the room for using microwave and washing machines. This hotel also have onsen at the upper floor, but I didn’t get a chance to using it. Heater also works well in the room. And for the room cleaning, they will only clean your room if you stay more than 2 nights. Lawson is nearby, only need 3 minutes walk. And if you like seafood, Hakodate Morning Market is very near from the hotel.

just opposite the jr station which is super convenient. The morning market is located at the next street only while tram is just few steps away. the amenities are free flow before 10pm at the lobby, including facial care and even facial mask. however, the room is a bit hot even though the temperature outside was -1 because the window gap was so small. Tried to switch off the aircon but it was still hot. Overall quite worth it.

La stanza che ho trovato è di fronte al mercato di Hakodate Morning (uno deve andare!) e è a meno di un minuto di cammino. Per quanto riguarda la dimensione della stanza, abbiamo due bagagli di 28 pollici e due piccole 20 pollici in avanti. Non direi che sia buono, ma è buono! (Riferite alle foto) Rimanerei in questo hotel la prossima volta che vengo a Hakodate!

The best ever customer service experience I had with this hotel. I left an electric toothbrush in the room after check out and continued my Japan trip to Sapporo. After I informed them via email, not only that they found it but they mailed it to me to my hotel in Sapporo at a min cost. The package was carefully packed and delivered. This made a wonderful experience for me on Japan.

The front desk staff did not provide clear explanations during check-in and only gave guests a single English introduction to read on their own. This will cause confusion and inconvenience. This hotel is convenient for self-driving travelers, as it has partnered with nearby parking lots to ensure ample parking space. Apartment-style hotel providing fully equipped facilities as there is no need to go outside to find a laundry store(remember to buy laundry detergent). The hotel hot spring is great, guests can watch TV while enjoying hot springs. The rooms are spacious, and some even offer sea views from the windows. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel for a truly delightful stay.

Se si prende un tram dalla stazione di Wuanhui e si dirige alla stazione di fronte al parco di Wuanhui, si trova l'hotel quasi davanti a voi.La stazione di bus Tobikko all'aeroporto è anche vicina.La dimensione della stanza e il tipo di comodità sono sufficienti.Per quanto riguarda personalmente, è molto conveniente indossare pigiama. The new hotel is close to Goryōkaku Tower. New hotels are not expensive, quite complete facilities. There is a parking lot behind the hotel 800 yen/day. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Opposite the hotel, there is a convenience store. receptionist There is a great service.

What a wonderful experience! We were amazed at the selection of fresh seafood for breakfast and dinner. This is by far the best hotel seafood buffet for sure! The facilities are clean, rooms are spacious and tidy, overall ambience is great! Onsen is nice and relaxing. It is a bit far away from JR Hakodate station and does require you to either take taxi or bus. The hotel was offering a small hotel shuttle at the time which was nice however must reserve with the hotel before hand. The lady driving the shuttle bus was very nice and even gave us some traveling tips for the local area! Thank you! Special thanks to Mr. Yoshida-san at the front reception. He had noticed that one of the shuttle times we had reserved was not available that day, so he took extra effort to make sure we made it to the earlier shuttle time to make it back to the hotel. Thank you Yoshida-san! I really would like to come back and stay at Umi to Akari soon. It was a wonderful experience! Wish the best of success to this hotel!

This was the perfect location to stay overnight on our trip between Asahikawa and Tokyo. We had travelled by train from Sapporo and were switching to the Shinkansen at Shin Hakodate Hokuto. We had booked a room with two beds which turned out to be either double or queen. We also hadn't realised that the hotel has an onsen, so this was a particularly nice surprise. The beds were good, and the Japanese style pillows were okay, too - sometimes they can be a bit hard, or too fat. The hotel is clean and modern with nice toiletries and yukata supplied. The only slight disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on the night we stayed (a Friday), but there is a Ramen restaurant downstairs in an adjacent shopping area, and this was fine.
