Hotel Délibáb

I think Hotel Delibab is the best wellness where we have ever gone. I am gluten intolerant so I am very important gluten free food. Hotel has got so many gluten free food variant. There was smorgasbord and every food has got a paper on which write a food name and what is contain, for example gluten, milk.. I ask gluten free bread for the waiter. So my experience is very good.

The hotel is great. Clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff are friendly, respectful and polite. The cleaning ladies whom I met were very nice, helpful and polite. There was a slight mistake once with my bill at dinner but this was very swiftly and professionally resolved. Top marks. No issues there. The spa is lovely. The pool with the bubbles and colour changing lights are a big hit with the children! The food is good. A multitude of options to choose from! The desserts offered at dinner are delicious! One slight negative is the fact that the rooms we were offered were right above the construction that is currently going on at the hotel (possibly for a parking lot). We were on the first floor and work started between 7-7:30am. Very noisy. However, we are early risers, so I didn't mention it to the team. The upside of the rooms was the view of the lake and the multicoloured, lit fountain, at night, in the middle of it. Beautiful! All in all I would definitely return and would recommend this hotel! They offer a variety of services. The price of the room also includes entry to the Hungarospa right next to it for the duration of your stay. An added bonus! We had a great stay. Thank you! My children and I loved it!

Pros: - Beautiful suite, with beautiful furniture. - wide range of pillows to choose from (even memory foam pillows) - two-seater jacuzzi - delicious food, buffet lunch/ supper - excellent wellness / spa facilities Cons: - bathroom have not been cleaned on arrival, jacuzzi was full of various kinds of hairs… - We had to buy some detergent and clean the jacuzzi ourselves… - TV is not smart (that is not a big deal), however usb slot is inaccessible, making it impossible to watch movies through a pen usb stick. -variety of vegetable options leaves a lot to be desired. Eggs eggs and more eggs on the menu (breaded egg, egg stew, ratatouille with egg).

We spent a wonderful time in this hotel with our friends. We stayed at classic suite for 6 days and we loved every minute of it. Everything modern and very comfortable. The food is excellent and the staff very kind. We recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy comfort.

Питание не соответствует заявленной звездности отеля. Точнее отель не больше 3 звёзд. Белье плохо постирано. Персонал груб. Мы путешествовали по Венгрии 14 дней и останавливались в различных отелях. Этот оказался самым худшим. Не рекомендую

Спасибо огромное за отдых! Были в отеле уже второй раз, надеемся вернуться еще. Все нравится. Обслуживание, еда, СПА, общая обстановка располагает к спокойному , релаксирующему отдыху. Особенно можно расслабиться в СПА в будние дни, т.к. много гостей приезжают только на выходные. Если есть возможность- планируйте отдых с учетом этого.Приятно, что прислушиваются к пожеланиям, предоставили номер с видом, который просили. Хороший интернет, есть российские каналы по ТВ. Заселение-выселение дело буквально 2 минут. Уборка-пополнение необходимых принадлежностей ежедневно. Часто меняют постельное белье и полотенца, даже халаты с тапками новые принесли. Номер небольшой, но на двоих вполне места хватает. Единственный минус- лично мне не хватало чайника в номере. Еще раз- спасибо всему персоналу, что вы так стараетесь для нас! Удачи и процветания!
