鬧了個烏龍，定了莫干山的森泊，結果開去了嘉興。好在攜程客服馬上幫忙解決了，退了莫干山的，重新訂了嘉興的。住的是聯排湖景房，2個房間，中間一個廳，打掃的很乾凈，床品和洗漱毛巾都滿新的，飲用水充足。天氣熱，吃飯都在酒店解決的，中餐廳性價比很高，價位適中，口味也不錯，食材蠻新鮮的。帶娃玩了小童樂園和水上世界，娃玩的很盡興。整個酒店的服務不錯，走到哪裡都有引導，接駁車服務也比較到位，特別感謝管家白羽，響應速度很快，考慮周到。總之帶娃和長者來度假休息幾天還是很不錯的。另外主樓下面的快充比較少，經常佔滿，還有兩個壞了，希望能儘快修一下。温泉那個樓下面也有充電樁，幾乎全空。
