入住是我覺得最費勁的一次，住了太多酒店，這次的感受不太好。總體有以下幾個問題： 1.酒店在景區裏面，勢必停車就是個問題，加上五一假期，人流量巨大，大部分都是從外地開過來的，如何更高效地停好車就是一個點，關鍵停車點還有3個，景區大門口地面、P6和P7，大部分外地人是分不清楚的，如果沒有酒店管家，是不是可以針對五一大人流的特殊情況，發個短訊提示一下停車點的選擇，停車用了20分鐘+； 2.接駁車的地點問題，反覆和酒店聯繫，一直的結果就是P6的1號電梯廳位置，關鍵有好幾個停車區域，正常P6是搞不太清楚的，非正確等待點浪費了40分鐘+； 3.實在沒辦法，自己步行進入遊客中心辦妥了入住，幫我升級了河景房，算是稍微彌補了一下跌落的心情，然後繼續第二段的接駁車，從遊客中心至宣德門酒店，等車地點其實也沒有交代的很清晰，關鍵到了酒店，連哪裡辦入住都不知道（敞開分佈式的酒店設計），然後給一個負責的工作人員吐槽了一圈，好在我離開的時候，“入住辦理”牌子立起來了，也算是建議的一個立行立改吧； 4.酒店第二天的早餐真的比較一般，不管是不是在景區裏面，從整個環境和吃的東西來講，五星水準還是差一點的，包括落座後膝蓋被桌子下面的橫檔撞了好幾次（因為有枱布遮着），整個四方桌，一個面對面沒有橫檔，一個面對面有橫檔，要麼就把橫檔拆除吧，估計還會有人坐下來會撞到膝蓋。 總體問題就寫這些吧，還是希望好好研究一下如何做好旺季的保障吧…

這次假期帶着大寶來鹽官看書本上的海寧潮，金庸書院，陳閣老宅等….很可惜潮水這次來比較小。選擇的這家酒店距離觀潮勝地公園和潮樂之城都很近，開車到達景區衹要10分鐘左右。酒店是新開業的，設施環境都非常不錯，前台小張美女給辦的入住，房間還給我們免費升級了一檔。小張還貼心的告知了潮水時間、介紹了當地美食。酒店的其他員工也是非常熱情，有求必應。在陌生的城市感受到了熱情的氣息。
