The location of the hotel is really good, it is 10 min walk from the city and the dream home. However, the cleanliness of the room is terrible. When we arrived in the room we have found hair on the pillow and a lot of beetles on the side of the window. I had to catch them and release them out the window. Additionally, the floor was very dirty, a lot of dust and hair. Regarding the breakfast, it was very poor, the choices were very limited and the food was cold. If there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to the city or the main gate would be perfect, especially for the luggage.

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

Not worth the price. And the service is not good.

Expensive yet customer service was bad. Location of hotel is really far away from entrance and you can only walk there while carrying your baggages. No transport provided. Breakfast buffet was limited and food were not warm. Good thing is entrance to hot spring is at the first floor of the hotel which is convenient

The hotel was located right at the end of Snow Town therefore it was a fairly long walk from the town. It is a very typical Chinese hotel where no one speaks English. Looks really Communist :D The room was ok but the carpet was filthy as it doesn't look like it was ever cleaned. However, the bathroom was clean & the bed was quite comfortable. The window sills were also filthy so were the curtains. Unfortunately, our toilet bowl was blocked & the water overflowed but the housekeeping were nice enough to come help unblock but when they couldn't they got the technician to come so we spent the whole night awake to finally realised that the previous guest flushed a toothbrush down the toilet. Breakfast had limited selection & although it said breakfast was till 9am but before 9am, there was no food left. It is ok for a night or 2 stay but I won't recommend any longer than that.

酒店在雪鄉里，雖然不是在雪韻大街上，但距離大街也真的很近，步行三四百米溜溜噠噠就到啦！ 酒店也有接駁車，雪鄉五常山門和酒店間來回接送客人。 房間環境，特色大炕點贊，屋裡設施感覺差點意思，可能是因為有點陳舊吧，淋浴噴頭是用鐵鏈子掛着。。。屋裡的確有瓢蟲，窗台上還挺多，不過房裡有提示牌，説可以隨時聯繫工作人員打掃。 服務吧，就是我在前台問定房贈送的活動時，前台都讓我自己聯繫攜程。。。雖然我自己也能聯繫到吧，但就是感覺怪怪的。

滑雪3h（含雪具）:雪鄉內的滑雪場，對於遊客體驗滑雪來説，非常不錯了～ 潑水成冰:好玩～多試幾次就成功了～酒店位於雪鄉內，前幾年去雪鄉的時候也是入住這酒店，一如既往的好，管家服務非常好，還送了貼心的小禮品～

酒店位置超級好，管家還過來幫我拿了行李，一直給我們送到房間，房間也是非常的乾淨整潔，真的太感謝了，本來兩個女生去雪鄉還感覺不是那麼安全，完全沒想到這邊的規模和管理都太好了，完全不用擔心，玩的很開心!

โรงแรมก็ดูเก่าบ้างบางจุดแต่ถ้าเทียบกับราคาที่พักตอนนี้ใน snow town ถือว่าไม่ได้แย่และไม่ไกลเดินไปได้

這家酒店真的有賓至如歸的感覺，來雪鄉之前搜尋了很多攻略，最後選擇了他家，果然沒有失望，很棒的住宿體驗，工作人員很熱情，我們是從五常山門來的還有車輛接送很方便，下次一定還來這家，會推薦給朋友的

房間很差做為每晚2400多在旅遊景區可以理解，但是衞生設施很差，房間很大，服務態度很差，問飯店服務人員為啥景區大門轉運車不拉住你們酒店的客人，景區遊客轉運中心的車輛不送你們酒店客人，你們是有酒店專車接送的。後來在一位好心的大客車司機給我們拉上來的，2000多的賓館要兩瓶水要收錢，早餐的菜品不敢恭維，連紙🧻也不給提供，服務就很簡單用們餐廳不提供紙巾，要紙巾去超市買，裝早餐的主食和菜品是用整理箱裝的，以後來來雪鄉的朋友慎選這家酒店！

這次住宿體驗真的太好了，房間很乾凈周圍的環境也很好，而且樓下還有一個小火車孩子很喜歡。服務人員也都特別特別好，房間很大，我和朋友孩子4個住一起，特別寬鬆，雪鄉是第二次來了，不虛此行，下次再來還會選擇這裏

攜程用了十幾年，經常外出旅遊，基本每一年都來雪鄉，雪鄉物價明碼標價，按景區水平，我覺得是可以接受的，早餐是送的，種類好幾樣。工作人員都是很熱情的，孩子不舒服忙前忙後的幫忙照顧，其他工作人員也非常的有禮貌，真不愧是歌裏唱的，東北人都是活雷鋒
