Prima di tutto, il nuovo direttore del negozio ha un apprezzamento. L'atteggiamento del servizio è davvero molto entusiasta. È necessario. Ogni volta che passa la reception, sorridi e dica buona (lunga e bella 😄) la salubrità della stanza è anche molto pulita. In particolare, il bagno è molto pulito e è molto comodo. La stanza ha una finestra di vetro, la posizione geografica è eccellente, Vicino a un hotel ad alto prezzo, consigliamo consiglio raccomandato per i trenta pesci registrati sotto le 18-sotto. Sono molto vicini ai negozi esenti da tasse e alla piazza di amicizia

E'un buon rapporto di prezzo, mi sento molto bene, molto pulito, buona igiene, aria condizionata molto piacevole, la temperatura dell'acqua nel bagno è anche buona, la vendita può essere inviata alla porta della stanza. Come città turistica, le strutture dell'hotel non sono molto perfette. 1. Non c'è un camice riciclabile nel momento dell'hotel, e non è molto conveniente per il personale che soggiorna per due giorni o più. 2. Finora, la vendita dell'hotel è stata inviata al quarto dal personale di vendita, il che riflette il ritardo delle attrezzature per la modernizzazione dell'hotel. L'hotel è perfetto per un breve soggiorno. La receptionista Xiao-9 è amichevole e utile. Mi aiuta a fare acquisti a Meituan quando non sono nemmeno intorno all'hotel. Solo dopo aver raggiunto l'hotel, poi faccio il trasferimento a lei. L'hotel dispone di strutture semplici e ricreative. Il male è che l'annulazione del rumore è molto cattiva. Se sei un sonno leggero, è necessario evitare di ottenere le cluci.

DDavidIl nostro 3 notti soggiorno notturno a Haikou. Altamente raccomandato hotel per stranieri come noi 😭.
Il personale è stato amichevole e in grado di aiutare a utilizzare l'applicazione mobile locale per il pagamento. La stanza è pulita e l'hotel viene anche con lavatrice gratuita dove si può fare la lavanderia. Posizione è circa 10-15min camminare verso i famosi quartieri anci. L'area circostante ha un sacco di shopping dove non si sentirà così stanco all'albergo circostante.

AARC5555he Hilton Haikou is a very well located hotel and probably one of the best in Haikou. On arrival there was a heavy rainfall which caused me to get quite wet walking from the taxi to the hotel entrance. I booked the room online via trip for me and my travel companion with the payment in hotel option. Online-Prepayment was not possible. On check in, given that I was very wet because of the rainshower I was quite unsatisfied with the service. First there was apparently some issue, wether I or my companion booked the room because the order of names on the booking showed my name in second place. Also my companion wasnt with me at that time because of a one day delay. In my opinion it shouldnt be a matter who booked the room since both of our names were given, regardless of the order. This issue took some extra time which is very inconvenient if you are dripping wet and just want to rest. Secondly when it comes to payment instead of the 1959 RMB, 2000 RMB were deducted from my WeChat account without any communication about the deviation. I also only realized it later when I already arrived the room and was very confused what the 41 RMB were for. Like I said it has not been communicated to me at all. Maybe a tip or was it meant as a deposit? (Even though it would appear to be a very odd deposit amount and tipping in China is not a thing) I guess from a 5 Star Hilton I could expect accuracy and clear communication when it comes to payment. Which brings me to another downside. Even though my Mandarin is sufficient enough, I was very surprised that at a Hilton of this price category none of the staff at check in nor other employees were able to speak English. So for foreigners who dont speak Chinese this would be a bit difficult.
The next day I went down to reception again to ask about the 41 RMB and was offered a refund, yet the reason why it has been deducted in the first place still remains unknown to me.
Another small issue appeared at breakfast when I asked one of the waitresses where the tea/ teabags is/are located. I formulated my request precisely in Chinese and the lady was just behaving awkward and walked away. I thought maybe still something would happen, but 10 minutes later still nothing. Luckily I was able to find the overseeing waitress, asked her the same question and found out that the Teabags are not openly presented at the buffet (Which is an unexpected inconvenience for a 5-Star hotel yet again, + the tea choices are very limited)
My last complaint is the minibar. I have been at budget hotels before, which offered a free minibar which is refilled every day. Why are there so many things in this Hotel with a hefty price tag. This appears not welcoming given the cost of this Hotel. Especially the price-tag of minibar drinks is outrageous. For example 0.33L Tsingtao Beer 28 RMB…. Speechless. In every shop around you get 0.5L for less than half the price. Now that all my complaints about the service have been mentioned, lets move on to the many upsides of the Hilton:
-Great location and rooms
-Very good breakfast buffet with many choices
-Even better dinner buffet (298RMB/Person)
-Great panorama view
-luxurious
-Some of the staff still did a great job, which is why I still give a 3/5 rating, regardless of previous issues.

This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the well-thought-out layout of the room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.

TTravellingWallyL'unico motivo per cui abbiamo prenotato questo hotel è perché abbiamo avuto un volo molto precedente, e l'hotel è direttamente raggiungibile via la stazione ferroviaria Meilan. L'hotel è anche vicino a un ”spot” per fare shopping di souvenirs di ultima notte, e vi è un ristorante vicino. Quindi la posizione è 5 stelle!
A un solo occhio la stanza sembra spaziosa e ben vista, ma c'è una creatura di cazzo che guarda volare fuori improvvisamente e quando sotto il letto quadro, e i sedili da bagno e il pavimento della doccia sembra un po' tintato. Penso che la luce della stanza sia un po' stupida anche quando tutte le luci di posizione sono switchate su di esso non danno davvero un'impressione chiara e pulita. Tuttavia, il letto super grande sembra pulito e bianco!
Personalmente, il servizio non era conforme a quanto si aspettasse da un hotel di 4 diamanti. Checked in about 6pm and there were 4 staff standing at the counter but only 1 attended to the 3 guests queuing to check in (maybe it’s not their job to check in?). Poi la notte voleva chiedersi di quanto fosse stato il servizio di navetta e il tizio che si trovava al conto di informazione rispose in un tono frustrato - “Guarda questo calendario”. Poiché è la nostra prima volta qui non sappiamo dove si trova il punto di raccolta e ci siamo chiesti dove si trova il punto di raccolta al quale ha appena risposto ”questo livello”. Dovremmo guardare intorno e puntare alla voce più vicina e ribadirlo. Pertanto, l'aspetto del servizio avrebbe potuto essere più amichevole.
Le strutture sono molto standard. I bagni erano grandi. 4 bottiglie d'acqua fornite. 2 paia di sciarpe e 2 paia di sciarpe di gomma.
Oh non sicuramente che cosa c'è di male con l'aria condizionata, fissare 23 gradi, ma ci fa ancora sudare la notte. In genere mi sentirei freddo a questa temperatura.
In tutto, un'esperienza ok per avere un posto dove stare per catturare un volo precoce.

TTee JuonService staff were helpful and shared information politely on request. One male staff also helped us to order food delivery and sent to our room, together with food that he helped to reheat. He was also thoughtful enough to provide cutlery for us. Housekeeping team was helpful and topped up the amenities daily as we did not require daily cleaning. I can see no-smoking signs around, yet the corridor outside was often filled with cigarette smoke from other guests. The beds were too firm and soundproofing was poor. I could hear music from the morning exercise from the park across the street and other guests who were talking along the corridor.

The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures.
Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating.
Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option.
Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself.
On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

BBenjamin Sch.Durante le vacanze di Hainan, abbiamo visitato l'hotel (familia tedesca), in una zona di grandezza cinese e vicino a un bellissimo parco di vista sulla baia di Haikou.
Il personale è molto amichevole e utile, ma per fare le cose è necessario parlare un po' di inglese.Abbiamo tre figli, quindi abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento familiare al 33° piano, che era molto spazioso e adatto per noi. L'apparecchiatura dell'hotel era un po' più vecchia e in parte ingoiata, ma tutto funzionava e poteva essere usato bene. Ma per il prezzo non mi lamentavo troppo. La pulizia era buona, ma non superiore. Le camere profumavano un po'molto a volte e necessitavano di una buona ventilazione.
Il colazione offerto era buono per noi (come non ci aspettavamo molto cibo internazionale). I bambini trovavano cibo appropriato come cereali, piccoli torti, noodles o riso fritto. Le offerte di frutta erano buone.
Un punto negativo da parte mia è stato la qualità del caffè molto cattiva. Il caffè filtrato offerto non era davvero buono. Quest'oggi molti hotel locali cinesi hanno piccole macchine per la birra fresca per offrire un caffè o persino Cappuccino. Il hotel è stato molto lieto di investire in uno.Fortunatamente per noi c'era una Starbucks intorno alla strada e un Luckin Coffee si aprirà più tardi in strada.
In generale, un bel tempo a Haikou e noi prenoteremmo la suite familiare di nuovo a causa del buon prezzo.

UUtente ospite很喜歡這個Loft公寓，適合一家人居住，樓下有個開放式廚房，可以自己做點兒簡餐。樓上是兩個卧室，動靜分離。陽台的景觀很好，可以看到遠處的大海。房間乾淨、設計簡潔，老闆很熱情，有求必應。公寓附近就是公園和購物廣場，吃飯、購物、看電影、遛彎都很方便，很適合旅居。下次來海口還要住這裏。
