Abbiamo riempito l'hotel per tre notti con una scolaresca di 69 persone. Alle 22,30 tutti dovevamo andare nelle camere perché il bar e la hall chiudevano e nessuno poteva rimanere lì a chiacchierare. Nei dintorni non ci sono locali raggiungibili a piedi. Gestori scortesi sempre. Volevano fare pagare la tassa di soggiorno a tutti, quando in realtà deve essere pagata solo dai maggiorenni; e 52 studenti erano minorenni. Oltre al cibo poco buono, ad un topo nella sala da pranzo, ad un pezzo di spugna nel purè, a bagni vecchi e poco puliti ...

Ho pernottato con la scuola e posso constatare che: il personale è scortese e xenofobo nei confronti degli italiani, cibo palesemente comprato al supermercato e con porzioni piccolissime, camere con lenzuola e moquette sporche, Bagni senza ventola o finestra e aereazione della camera insufficiente, non sono stati forniti asciugamani a sufficienza e come ciliegina sulla torta di sera si è introdotto un topo all'interno della struttura della sala da PRANZO e una volta fatto presente all'albergatore ha sminuito l'accaduto dicendo che è normale data la zona di campagna PESSIMO!!!

hanno ospitato l'intera mia classe eravamo solo noi nel hotel e ci han no detto di andare a letto alle 22.00, cibo pessimo porzioni minime trovati pezzi di spugna e capelli nei piatti, il personale non sa parlare inglese e scortese MOLTO. l'unica cosa che si salva la colazione. non c'è la ventale nei bagni e ne una finestra, camere molto piccolo per 3 persone. che schifo

Rein zufällig bin ich auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für einen dreitägigen Zwischenaufenthalt im Norden des Alsace auf das Hotel La Tour Restaurant in einem Vorort von Haguenau gestoßen. Das Hotel versprüht irgendwie den Charme der 1980‘er Jahre und sein größter Pluspunkt ist die tadellose Sauberkeit des Hauses. Zimmer und Bad waren makellos sauber, das zwar kleine Bett absolut bequem. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Das nahe Gewerbegebiet ließ erst anderes befürchten, aber nachts machen die dortigen Firmen ja keinen Lärm. Und vom Zimmer aus hatte ich einen wunderschönen Blick auf Bäume direkt am Hotel, Felder und den nahen Wald. Und der Sonnenaufgang am letzten Tag erinnerte mich an die Sonnenaufgänge, die ich zuvor im Ebro-Delta erlebt hatte. Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück mit Spezialitäten aus dem Alsace wie Wurst, Käse und (selbst gemachten?) Marmeladen war ebenfalls super. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut okay. Empfehlenswert ist auch das Restaurant. Das Choucroute Royale Alsacienne am Abend vor der Abreise war richtig lecker. Und Gottseidank hatte ich der Empfehlung des Kellners Folge geleistet, keine Vorspeise zu nehmen, da das Sauerkraut ausreichen würde, um auch einen großen Hunger zu stillen. Fazit: Das Hotel ist absolut geeignet auch für einen längeren Besuch des Nordens des Alsace, sicherlich auch für die Zeit der Weihnachtsmärkte in der Region.

Le personnel sympathique et accueillant, chambre propre, literie agréable, très satisfait de la nourriture proposée par le restaurant. Petit déjeuner copieux, avec beaucoup de choix et produits savoureux. En somme, je recommande, merci pour cet agréable séjour !

Très professionnel mais déco un peut vieillotte, toilette défectueuse il faut appuyer 100x sur le bouton, la restauration est super, complication dans le réseau internet au quelle on as du mal à ceux connecter. Un petit coup de jeune peut être bien

Hatten das Hotel als Zwischenstation gebucht. Kurzfristig direkt in Strassburg war zu teuer, aufgrund des Preises haben wir hier dann ein Zimmer genommen. Zimmer und Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Fugen im Bad waren zB neu oder sehr gut gefplegt. Für einen Zwischenstopp aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses absolut OK. Zimmerausstattung zweckmässig. Restaurant war leider geschlossen, weshalb ich hier keine Bewertung abgeben kann. Hotel liegt in der Nähe mehrerer Lokale im Ort.

Séjourné une nuit,franchement pas de quoi se pavoiser,même pas au niveau d un ibis budget,je vous parle même pas du wc,qui doit être fait,pour un uni jambiste(excusez moi l expression)mais impossible de s assoir normalement sur la cuvette.les poignees des portes donnant accès côté hotel,n ont pas été nettoyées, des résidus de sable ,alors que le nuage est passé la semaine dernière,et le petit déjeuner a 11 euros,franchement c est exagéré
