This is an stately hotel. Victorian.
Full of paintings, furniture , decor from a bygone era.
Stayed in a corner room with unobstructed view of the beach, from two large windows.Very comfortable, not fancy, just homey.
The #9 tram stop is a 2 minute walk away.
The building is old and the stairs to our room were around 45 steps, some very narrow , but doable, just pack light.
Breakfast is good, advise taking it.
The nearby tram makes trips in to The Hague for museums etc very easy.
Charming.

Characterful hotel in a great location near the beach and just a few metres from a tram stop. The family room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were very kind and welcoming; breakfast delicious, and with a great view of the sea from the dining room. We loved it. Hope to return one day!

A friendly hotel with character, felt authentic and Dutch with some nice period touches in the decor and features. Lounge has beautuful aspect of the beach and sea, and offers free tea and coffee. No lift and rather awkward entrance was a downside for us as my wife uses a wheelchair and negotiates steps with difficulty so would not recommend for people looking for easy access.

The location is awesome. Apar**ent is cute and neat. Just perfect for 5 as an example. Breakfast is lovely and fresh, views are amazing. Staff is well available. Love the interiour and all. They are also environmentally aware: they offer waterbottles for refills, no need to buy water from markets etc.

Good choice for simple family stay. Room was very clean and quite nice. Immediate access to the beach. The kids loved it.

Great hotel, great room (family room). Breakfast was also plenty and great. Coffee and tea available at the lobby all day. Very friendly staff. No parking available at the hotel, but a parking garage is right across the street.
