"Great experience as the village is quite scenic and beautiful with great views from this hotel and near by , hosts are really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options are good I must say as I like soft boil eggs and had no worries of not having to have scrambled eggs as a lot of people have complained. Parking is free . They also gave us our keys in a nice welcome box with instructions and some chocolates that was very thoughtfully prepared so full marks for that. The only concern I have is that Trip.com suggested a self catered kitchen which wasn’t there for preparing your food/dinner and also there was no microwave in the room which is extremely inconvenient. I think that’s the only negative as not everyone eats out in a restaurant and sometimes you’d get hungry at a later part of night and nothing is available. So next time I’ll definitely consider a hotel/lodge that has a at least a self catering kitchen."

"Lovely place to stay, not too far from INTERLAKEN OST but bus timings can be long ~ but still walkable to interlaken ost. During my stay couldn’t find any places to eat or buy groceries nearby but loved the breakfast with such an amazing view. Service is top notch. Will be back if I have the chance again. The price is really affordable given how expensive Switzerland is. Room was made everyday and it was really clean. I also love how there is free coffee / snacks available for guests at anytime. Thank you for the great service! Lovely and recommended place to stay."

"This place is highly recommended and very accessible to all directions whether you’re going to Grindelwald and Geneva etc. They have space room for those who wants to eat dinner. The down side is that no available shampoo and body soap liquids in the bathroom.overall I recommend that you should stay here. Very approachable staff and very helpful."

"Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping."

"Friendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous. The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view… The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options. The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁 Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel. The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby. Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable… Ciao!"

"La posizione dell'hotel era raggiungibile a piedi da Interlaken Ost. Era un vecchio edificio, ma l'interno è stato ristrutturato e non ci sono stati particolari problemi. Tuttavia, anche se il personale della reception ci parlava inglese molto velocemente, è iniziato con una risposta appropriata che non hanno detto nulla di importante e nessuno ha salutato il personale che si è incrociato nell'hotel senza un sorriso. A colazione ci sono gruppi di ospiti asiatici ed è vivace, Non c'era una guida ai posti, quindi quando sono entrato nel ristorante nessuno del personale ha detto nulla. Naturalmente, il cibo era sparso nella sala colazione e l'atmosfera non era buona. "房間很大，洗手間也很大，住的非常舒服。前台服務很贊，入住寄存都很便捷。早餐中規中矩，用餐環境不錯。窗外是雪山，教堂，櫻花，綠樹…… 酒店位置優越，出門往左是主街，吃飯購物啥都有；出門往右步行幾分鐘，就是因特拉肯東站，去少女峯簡直不要太方便！ PS:酒店出門過馬路就是滑翔傘的集合點，非常方便。"
