Brentwood: i migliori hotel con palestra

This used to be a nice place to stay, but has really went downhill. We have always stayed at this hotel but will not be staying again in the future. The hotel was dirty and in need of painting/ updates. Also, the continental breakfast isn’t complimentary anymore. I was surprised at how fast the place has went downhill in the last year since my family stayed. The light switch in the bathroom did not have a proper cover and a safety issue. Amenities were slim at the hotel, tissue box empty in the bathroom, broken soap dispenser and stains on the carpet. I think most of the recent reviews are fakes as they have one contribution and referring to the employee on a first name basis. Disappointing as this is a very nice area to stay while traveling, but definitely choose another hotel.

Ho passato una notte libera qui, e l'uomo vivente lo meritava. La stanza dell'hotel era pulita e tutte le attrezzature che avevo bisogno erano qui e pronto a partire! Non solo che il lobby era grande e spazioso per una riunione (non ne avevo uno, ma è lì se vuoi) e il bistro durante il colazione era di prima vista! Non solo, ma mi sono dato una stanza con un balcone e mi permetta di dirvi, avere un caffè mentre prendo aria fresca sul balcone è un'esperienza di venire a terra, perché se si può fare il viaggio. In generale, un soggiorno stellare e la prossima volta che sono nella zona, questo hotel è il primo sulla mia lista di posti da soggiornare!

The hotel room is lovely. We are in a suite and the amenities are great. The room has a door and lock so there is privacy . You could have an additional guest who can sleep on the sofa bed. The bathroom has two doors and can be accessed from the bedroom or the living area. The location is close to Kroger in case you need to stock up on groceries etc. The staff is friendly. The room is clean.

Came back a third time and front desk service great but wish they had streaming for their TV’s. Other than that room was very clean as was the bathroom. We are coming back again. They have laundry room which we like. We booked using the app and it was really easy and able to utilize digital key.

Our stay at the AC Hotel in Brentwood, Tennessee, was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The concept of room cleanliness at this establishment is utterly non-existent. Despite our complaints, we were informed that they do not provide daily room service but merely ”tidy” the rooms. In practice, this meant our room was either not serviced on some days or poorly serviced on others, and when they were, the floors were swept into the hallway, with the debris left there for days. Another major problem was the overcharging issue. We stayed for a week, which supposedly entitled us to an extended stay rate, yet we were charged different rates every day. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they claimed they had no way to adjust the rate. This is utterly unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer service and management competence. Our complaints to Demetrius Patterson, the so-called General Manager, were met with indifference and excuses. He suggested we should have made the reservation directly through the hotel rather than the Marriott reservation center. Ironically, when we initially contacted the hotel to make the reservation, they transferred us to the reservation center. Throughout most of our stay, Mr. Patterson was conspicuously absent, coming in late and leaving early. Despite multiple requests to speak with him, we were constantly told he was not working and could not be reached. The front desk was equally chaotic. With only one person working, every call to the desk was met with ”please hold,” followed by an interminable wait. When we finally went down to the front desk in person, the staff member unapologetically told us she was too busy checking people in to handle calls. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel billing itself as a boutique establishment. To top it all off, the rooms were far from clean and seemed to have been decorated by IKEA on a bad day. This place lacks every characteristic of a true boutique hotel, failing miserably in both service and ambiance. In summary, the AC Hotel in Brentwood is a disgrace to the Marriott brand and should be avoided at all costs. Our stay was marred by poor service, overcharging, and a complete lack of cleanliness. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Questa revisione riguarda in particolare la mia esperienza di check-in e il personale in servizio, e sono stato in viaggio a tempo pieno per lavorare per un certo periodo di tempo che non voglio nemmeno pensare in questo momento. Quando sono arrivato alla proprietà, ero stanco, frustrato, affamato e quasi due ore dopo che avevo previsto. Non ho menzionato nessuno di questi cose al signore del dipartimento frontale, Doyle, e gli ho dato tutti per essere gentile e gioioso ( dubito che stia facendo un lavoro molto buono) Devo dire ... Il livello di servizio clienti istintivo che ho incontrato era incredibile. Doyle era benvenuto, gentile e affascinante, e per la prima volta quel giorno mi ha reso confortevole la sua atmosfera calda e la sua gioia. Doyle ha confermato le molteplici richieste speciali che ho presentato con la mia riserva e ha spiegato come sono state rivolte le singole richieste. Più spesso che no, le richieste di qualsiasi marchio di hotel non sono nemmeno letti, però solo rivolte con tale cura. Nonostante sia alla fine del suo turno, Doyle ha preso il tempo per assicurarmi di poter trasferire le mie cose nella stanza con facilità (la porta esterna non sarebbe accessibile con una chiave della stanza in attesa di riparazioni il giorno successivo). Mi ha accolto con il benvenuto al mio gatto all'hotel, come mi aveva fatto, e mi ha offerto un menu di uscita tardi di notte.Mani a terra la migliore esperienza di check-in che abbia mai avuto.
