Hotel con palestra a Bodrum

Amorevole l'hotel, personale moderno, pulito, amichevole, parlare buona inglese e una buona selezione di cibo. Le opzioni per bere sono buone per la spiaggia e il free ice lolly’s tutto il giorno! Hanno sbagliato la nostra prenotazione della stanza sul nostro check-in di notte. Dicendo di averci aggiornato in una stanza familiare che non ha senso per un paio. Perdevamo la vista sul mare e accesso allo salone quella notte. La notte successiva abbiamo ripreso la nostra stanza. Non aggiornare i vostri ospiti a meno che non possano offrire la loro stanza originale. Il valletto ha anche riversato la nostra auto in affitto nel muro con danni. Non ci hanno neppure informato o detto. È stato solo fortuna che l'abbiamo notato e hanno assunto la piena responsabilità. In generale, questo ha sprecato un'altra serata di ordinare questo e l'ha visto al nostro shock andare a cena. Molto disonesta dall'hotel non avvertire i vostri ospiti! La gestione ha gestito bene questo problema. Tuttavia, il servizio alimentare e bevande potrebbe essere più veloce, le mie aspettative da un 5* hotel sono più elevate e, purtroppo, questo non è un 5* hotel ma un buon soggiorno per 6 notti....minus le questioni!

The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were very professional and well-organized 👌. The cleanliness in the corridors was excellent ✨. We had originally booked a garden-view villa with a pool, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more beautiful sea-view villa 🌊, with a very generous discount 💰 — definitely a great gesture that deserves recognition. When we arrived at the villa, everything was beyond expectations: absolute peace and quiet 🕊️, comfort 😌, cleanliness ✨, and a stunning view 🌴. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and dreamy 🌟. Some constructive notes: • The food prices felt too high 🍽️, especially considering such bookings should ideally include more meals like other luxury resorts. • The resort was extremely quiet 😴 — while that’s relaxing, it would be great to add some fun activities or light entertainment 🎶 to make the experience more complete. Overall, it was a truly luxurious stay, with friendly staff and an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended 🌟.

Reception is attentive and client oriented. Paid upgrade to Garden view (to get king bed instead of twin bed) was not worth it. Breakfast very good and restaurant Attiko top notch. Although tried to reserve Folie Beach sunbeds in advance, got as hotel guest only on a waiting list. Quiet embarrassing. Hotel’s own beach sunbeds are not so comfy and too close to Holiday Inn’s beach.

Ho avuto il più sorprendente soggiorno all'hotel. Mi sono accolto con favore da un gentiluomo che mi ha assicurato di essere soddisfatto della mia stanza e ha organizzato il mio trasporto verso le località che volevo andare. L'hotel è molto pulito con una vista sorprendente della città di Yalikavak. Molto vicino ai ristoranti di fronte all'oceano e anche alla Marina. Non posso raccomandare questo posto abbastanza. Non menzionare il colazione che è stato incluso, assolutamente sorprendente. Sono così grato per le cose, erano sorprendenti e torno presto!

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

Il colazione è alla vista del mare e il personale è fantastico soprattutto un uomo chiamato Adel che parla molto bene l'inglese. Abbiamo trascorso due notti e abbiamo noleggiato una macchina per vedere tutte le cose principali a Bodrum. The hotel offers beautiful facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent water park that children will truly enjoy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by a disappointing level of service. Service around the pools was virtually non-existent, and the dining area was often poorly maintained, with tables left uncleared for extended periods. It was also common to wait a long time for basic items such as cutlery. In addition, the food selection was quite repetitive, with very little variety throughout our stay. Having visited Bodrum several times and stayed at a number of resorts in the area, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing in terms of service. I expected a much higher standard, especially given the hotel’s facilities and reputation. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality resort with attentive service, I would recommend considering other options. I left feeling disappointed and, unfortunately I’m happy to leave

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

Bellissimo luogo e personale incredibile – Ma deluso circa la piscina L'hotel ha una posizione fantastica con belle viste, e mi sono davvero divertito. Il personale era estremamente amichevole, rispettabile e sempre in tempo. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare il signor Yusof Tatlı, che era molto professionale, gentile e genuino a curare di far sentire gli ospiti benvenuti un vero patrimonio all'hotel. Tuttavia, ero deluso per constatare che la piscina non era operativa durante il mio soggiorno, nonostante fosse elencata come una delle strutture disponibili dell’hotel al momento della prenotazione. Non c'era alcuna precedente notifica o menzione della chiusura stagionale, che era piuttosto inconveniente. In generale, ho avuto un'esperienza positiva grazie alla meravigliosa squadra e alla posizione, ma consiglio all'hotel di comunicare chiaramente in anticipo la disponibilità di strutture chiave.

Non sono le persone più amichevoli. Non ci sono ascensori e nessuno si offre di portare i bagagli su o giù per le scale. È un hotel dall'aspetto piuttosto sporco, abbiamo camminato attraverso uno scarico traboccante e non siamo riusciti a vederlo perché non c'erano luci. Inoltre, c'è solo una persona alla postazione per le uova e i pancake per la colazione, quindi ci sono voluti quasi 30 minuti per prenderli. Gli spuntini delle 15:00-16:00 erano finiti quando siamo arrivati ​​alle 15:40. Eravamo in due nella stanza e non ci hanno dato due carte. La mia amica è tornata a casa più tardi di me e ha dovuto chiedere a qualcuno di aprire e hanno cercato di entrare in camera con lei.
