the cleanliness? spotless. every corner of the hotel felt fresh & well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. plus, the overall service was top-tier—smooth check-in, comfy rooms, and that warm baguio hospitality that just hits different.
the best part? the city view from our room was insane. waking up to the sight of baguio’s skyline was such a dream—perfect for slow mornings with coffee or just vibing at night with the city lights.

UUtente anonimoWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

JJaniceWe arrived Feb 15 10am, medyo napaaga ng konti. The room is good for 5 pax, with balcony for both rooms. Malinis and well maintained naman po ang Unit. Accomodating namang recep, but the host didn’t contact me since nasa abroad pa daw sabi ng receptionist. happy and satisfied naman kami ng family ko. With wifi naman, kaya happy mga bagets. Netflix is not working lang.

Il posto è un po' vecchio, e mostra in alcune delle caratteristiche della stanza. Le uscite elettriche sono il tipo parallelo, quindi avrete bisogno di portare un adattatore se si intende caricare i vostri dispositivi. La struttura del bagno potrebbe anche utilizzare un po 'di miglioramento”la porta non chiude, e la porta del doccia non si chiude completamente, il che significa che l'acqua può facilmente spruzzare e lasciare il pavimento bagnato.
Abbiamo pagato un po' sotto il 2000 per un soggiorno di notte, che già includeva colazione.La posizione è anche abbastanza conveniente. Se ti piace camminare, Burnham Park è a circa un chilometro di distanza, e è una passeggiata facile e piacevole, e siamo finiti di camminare a piedi.
In generale, non è il luogo più moderno o pulito, ma funziona bene se stai cercando un posto semplice per rimanere per la notte.

RreubenferrerThe place is very homey. Having Lime and Basil (a really good Thai restaurant) at the ground floor is a major plus. Food is very accessible with different options along South Drive. The view from the roofdeck is amazing too! The pet peeve is the elevator that keeps stopping on the 5th floor and is misaligned. My luggage got caught in the gap and the wheel nearly snapped off. My fault for not noticing the gap but does matter.
