Comfortable stay. Staff was polite and attentive, as IHG Diamond member I choose breakfast and the breakfast was having good spread and delicious (they rotate the menus for rice, soup so no boring at all during breakfast). Room was good and comfortable, even the bathroom was new. Will be back for sure. Thank you

Questa è la rivista di Kyu 々.Questa è la prima esperienza di Kiev.E'vicina all'entrata, ma prima lava il corpo in una grande piscina pubblica dietro l'hotel.Quindi ho cambiato Samue e poi mi sono trasferito vicino all'entrata. Svegliamo molto in Kiev, mi sento bene, ma sono andato di nuovo nella più grande piscina pubblica all'interno con Samue, che indossava un cappuccio.La sala è molto fredda, forse perché il ventilatore ha impedito l'ascensore, e Samney penetrante ha reso il mio corpo freddo al centro. Spero che ci sia spazio per cambiare vestiti vicino a Kiev, ma solo bagno privato pagato.Anche se è un grande bagno pubblico, il bagno interno non sembra caldo.Ci sono bagni da sauna, ma non c'è freddo. C'è uno spazio per dormire, ma durante il vostro soggiorno, ci sarà un segno di ”lavaggio” e non riempirete mai l'acqua calda.La cena è molto decente.La pesce è molto deliziosa.Anche il riso.La colazione ha caffè, ma non c'è frutta o latte.La stanza è grande. Non c'è un po'di acqua fredda, quindi devi assicurarti di acqua la sera.Il più impressionante è il basso.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed two nights at the JR East Hotel Mets at the Niigata station after arriving from Tokyo by Shinkansen. I think we exited to the western concourse and signs to hotel were easy enough to follow. The walkway enters level 3 of the hotel. Very conveniently, right next to a 7-Eleven. Also super convenient is the sake museum. Definitely must visit. Check-in was efficient and we were given rooms on the top floor (level 9). A rather basic room that has everything except for an in-room safe. No coffee (nor bottled water) was provided with the kettle but only tea. Not a problem as free coffee can be made in the waiting area next to the reception. Also in the reception area is where more bathroom amenities are provided. Only toothbrushes are in the room. The bath area in the room is large with a wash area and a stool like at the onsen along with a bathtub. That’s where a visit to the amenities area in reception comes in handy. Wifi was speedy enough for our needs. The convenient location was great for us as we arrived in the rain. There is plenty of choices for food and even shopping. Do explore around. We did buy day passes for the Niigata City Loop Bus (JPY500 per adult). Check-out was as efficient as check-in. While there wasn’t much of a view, the hotel was just right for us. Definitely worth considering

BBenjamin de YeungThe hotel is a good choice for small group of traveller. I am impressed by the low price and excellent hygiene of this hotel. The view is panoramic to the harbor.
However, the air-conditioner sometimes does not work and we have to call the front desk to turn on the cooling for the room every other day.
There is no gym room or facilities in the hotel except the lower floors of the building is indeed a famous art museum and exhibition or some sort. It could be interesting to visit the museum. Hotel in Japan seldom comes with gym facilities so I am not too annoyed by that.

UUtente ospiteSiamo rimasti qui per 1 notte, ma purtroppo l'aria condizionata nella mia stanza è stata rotta, abbiamo informato il personale dell'hotel e invece di fissare ci hanno detto di vivere con e cercato di sbarazzarsi della questione... seriamente anche se siamo rimasti solo 1 notte non dovremmo essere trattato come questo

UUtente ospitePoiché è un marchio di rotta solitaria, quindi si sentirà al sicuro come un hotel che viaggia da solo.Ma in molti rotta solitaria, l'impianto è già vecchio.Il vetro è fatto di vecchio metallo e non è chiuso automaticamente.L'aria condizionata è completamente controllata, nessuna stanza è. La zona intorno al ricettore è anche molto vecchia.Circa cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Xinjiang, c'è un negozio conveniente davanti a lui.L'installazione è il tipo che hai preso dalla reception.Questa volta non ho usato un buffet perché non ho mangiato.

UUtente ospiteMy family and travelled to Niigata at the end of April 2023 and had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura Niigata. Prior to the trip, I had reached out to them via email to inquire about coordinating a van + driver for us (6 of us) so that we could go visit some sake breweries and to make dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. The concierge team was amazing and booked a large van (jumbo taxi) and driver for the day. they also ensured that the van could accommodate a folding wheelchair for one group member that needed it. The van and driver arrived on time and was quite reasonably priced. Great experience that was made possible by the hotel team! Upon return to the hotel, we realized we had left some items on the van - the hotel called the taxi company and coordinated the return of our items. Beyond these experiences, the hotel itself is a bit older but rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Location is great and the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we had on this trip. If I should ever travel back to Niigata, I will most definitely be staying here. The hotel and team won my business by going above and beyond...even for Japan standards of customer service! Domo arigatogozaima****a!!!

UUtente ospiteHo molte famiglie, quindi ho scelto una stanza giapponese con 16 cm.Larghezza!Tre vasche!Due bagni!Non ho un bagno, ma mi piace il grande bagno pubblico, quindi non c'è problema. La TV nella stanza è anche l'ultima. Puoi guardare il video originale e il video online.Il personale della reception e del ristorante sono molto buoni.Il colazione è deliziosa. Puoi mangiare il grano di Hegi, pesce di pesce, latte di giornata e la cucina in loco fresco. Forse questo hotel non è un hotel commerciale, ma una categoria di hotel a tre stelle.Il prezzo è simile a quello dell'hotel commerciale, quindi voglio dargli un giudizio di cinque punti, ma il letto del gruppo è troppo affatico, non riesco a dormire bene, quindi sono quattro punti.

UUtente ospiteサッカー観戦で１泊宿泊。新潟駅までやや距離はあるが、十分徒歩圏内。周りは繁華街でお買い物や遊びにも快適。飲み屋街へも近い。ホテル自体は年季があるが、シックなデザインで申し分なし。室内もシングルで寝るだけなら十分。お手洗いも旧式のウォシュレット。朝食はビュッフェで新潟ローカルフードも楽しめる。また次回利用したいホテルです。
