We had an outstanding suitte the size of a small apartment. Included entry way with large bath and separate toilet, separate bathtub and shower, double sink. The bedroom area had 2 sofas, a desk with chair, and two easy chairs. Very comfortable and unique decor. Breakfast room/brasserie is lovely, under a skylight. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with many choices of eggs, cereals, yogurt, several breads, bacon, etc.. Very comfortable bed with top quality linens and pillows. Good elevator. We didn't use the main restaurant as it was closed the days we were there (Sunday and Monday), but there are a number of restaurants in Chartres and the hotel brasserie was open.. Hotel is in a 17C mansion, so if you are expecting a generic hotel experience, this isn't it, although the room and hotel are fully modernized (including A/C, not needed during our visit. Location of hotel is optimall for visiting the cathedral and walking around the charming old city with little shops, bars restaurants.

Il mio compagno e io abbiamo amato il nostro soggiorno in questo Residhome che è molto ben situato a pochi passi dal centro, la cattedrale e i ristoranti. La pulizia è inaccettabile molto importante per noi 😀. Il letto è confortevole e dormi bene.Il personale è simpatico e ci ha dato consigli utili per visitare la città . Il signore che era qui al momento del check-out era molto simpatico e professionale , ci ha dato la volontà di tornare a parlare di una festa della luce che si terrà nel febbraio o marzo 2024 . Grazie al passaggio ☺️
Lo consigliamo e rimarremo li' senza esitazioni se ritorneremo a Chartres un giorno .

Camera d'esecuzione pulita e ben attrezzata (a parte la cassaforte rotta), ma cena rovinata da cani in roaming che sniffano intorno ai nostri piedi nel ristorante. Nessuna segregazione dei cani in una zona. Variabile servizio, Accor sembra lottare per ottenere il personale come tutti gli altri. Parcheggio buono, posizione a A11 autostrada molto conveniente. Non sembra che nessuno sa cosa sia il colazione espresso. Il menu del ristorante Accor sembra universale in tutte le proprie proprietà e dopo qualche soggiorno la scelta è esaurita. Un buon posto per soggiornare a visitare Chartres, poiché l'autobus ferma al centro è proprio fuori dalla proprietà.

In generale abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno nonostante alcuni problemi, ma il personale è stato a ascoltare e la politica dell'hotel commerciante. Il punto negativo rimane la visione che avevamo dalla nostra camera (nessuna delle nostre finestre date su muri). La lettera è eccellente e la dimensione della camera giusta, ma la posizione delle toilette può causare problemi secondo la morfologia dei clienti. In generale abbiamo passato un buon soggiorno, ma mi aspettavo di fare meglio in termini di prestazioni per un 4 stelle

Large clean rooms, highly efficiency booking, check-in and check-out service, a central location and a third of the price of another central Chartres hotel who told us they didn't have parking available and provided no alternative. The Mercure gave us helpful information on local parking and we were delighted to cancel our pricey and parking-unfriendly initial choice and rebook with the Mercure. The Colombian receptionist provided excellent tips on the local illuminations. Nancy, on the cleaning staff, kindly helped me with room access. Really impressed by this hotel. If it's indicative of other Mercures I'll trust this brand.

Molto buono
We chose the hotel as it is dog friendly and were not disappointed. Large secure car park, pleasant check in, large bedroom and very modern rooms. Breakfast was top class. It is a 5 minute drive into Chartres. We found a lovely park with free on street car park and wonderful Riverside walks which also took us into the town centre. Definitely stay here again on our way down South.

Easy to find with secure parking behind the hotel (€10 for 24 hours) Comfortable rooms with all that is needed for one night though having your own kettle is an advantage. Comfortable bed and good shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice on local amenities. Only a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and the centre of town. Restaurants tend to be expensive in the centre so we ate at the hotel. A good quality satisfying meal with good service. A good range of food for breakfast completed a great stay.

A great location in the centre of the town by the bus and railway stations. A group of us were motoring to Le Mans and booked the hotel primarily because it has secure parking. When we arrived (earlier than expected) the staff were very patient in guiding 10 vehicles into the garage and courtyard. All the staff were helpful, especially the cafe waitress who served up many beers throughout the afternoon. Rooms were comfortable and good value, and the breakfast was excellent. The central location made eating out for dinner a breeze. All in all a good find and one we'll no doubt use again.
