Hotel con palestra a Zhanjiang

I very much liked my stay here, the room was clean and peaceful, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had everything I needed, and the hotel location was good as it was near Dingsheng Plaza and also along a north-south main road that many major routes in the city travel on. The front desk staff spoke no English, and I only speak very basic Mandarin, but they were able to still fully assist me and help me check in and check out, especially Yun Zhan (云湛), who explained everything with hand gestures and simple words and demonstrated how to do some things too. Thank you very much! This was the first time I stayed at an Atour hotel but I was impressed and would definitely stay here or at another Atour hotel again. There was also free laundry but I did not know how to use it and it was outside the room and down a busy elevator so I never tried it in the end. :D There are very few negatives and most of them are not fixable. One is that I did not like that the toilet was in another room from the bathroom, as I use all of them together and so I had to go back and forth between the two rooms a lot. A second that can be negative for some people is that there was a lot of honking from vehicles, 24 hours a day. However, I actually liked this because the sound was muted, so there was a ”far away busy city” vibe that made me happy. Lastly, the free night time porridge was very watery and not nice at all when I tried it.

Grande camera e comoda letto. nuovo aperto, quindi tutto è mint, ma il mantenimento generale/FM mantenuto è solo 7/10 per un nuovo hotel aperto dove le finestre esterne sono un po ' sporche.  Non c'è colazione, ma è piccolo, così è più facile trovare cibo migliore solo in basso. Il prezzo non è giusto per lo spazio, la posizione, e essere nuovo, ma non è un hotel convenzionale con il proprio lobby. Ha occupato solo 2 piani in un edificio alto. Il parcheggio è nel centro commerciale e pagano 20 per un 40 per la notte. Dopo aver prenotato 2 camere, ci restituiranno gli altri 20, rendendoli liberi.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome with their attentive and friendly service. They were always on hand to answer questions and assist with any requests I had. The room itself was impressively spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I was delighted to find complimentary fruits and desserts delivered every night, a lovely thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. Additionally, the cleaning staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring that everything was spotless and that my needs were met without hesitation. The hotel’s amenities were exceptional, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property.

體驗感最差的一次旅遊，房間裏面有一股味道，住了兩天都消不了，問服務員竟然説沒有空房了，還有去泡温泉，酒店在攜程攜的推介是一天一份，按照字面的意思就是每天一份是沒有限制多少次的，如果是這樣想的話，就錯了，訂單原來還有細則，需要點開才能夠看到原來是一天一份（一次），酒店幹嘛不在一開始就説清楚點呢，害得我晚上去的時候，就碰到了釘子了，不允許第二次去泡温泉，搞得我非常尷尬，還有想延遲退房，酒店堂而皇之地説，電腦上是固定了兩點一定要退房，超過這個時間就要額外扣費了，衹能夠又要我去聯繫他們酒店的管理層，等了一會才同意三點前一定要退房了，這樣的做法，令人非常的不舒服，最後我們十二點前就退房了，感覺從頭到尾我都是在佔酒店的便宜。

Very nice hotel in Zhanjiang, spacious, clean and well equipped room. Staff very friendly and helpful, always with smile. Regarding quality of services, one of the best hotels we have ever stay, five stars from us! Our special thanks to Ms. Yvonne Zhao for great help with all matters during our stay, but also to all people from reception and front desk. Very good selection of food for breakfast. Convenient underground parking. There is ATM, service center in hotel, it is possible to pay with foreign credit cards. Large supermarket just behind the corner. This hotel will be always preferential for us during stay in Zhanjiang!

Staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and friendly from the second we walked into the lobby, to the cleaners or the catering staff onsite. The hotel itself was very clean, with attention to detail in every aspects of the design and finishing. In general I would say it has a much higher quality standards than most multi chain contemporary style hotels I have stayed it throughout China. The hotel offered a complimentary tea and mid night snack with the booking which was very decent as a light snack and the breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from. The location itself is very good for the beach as only minutes away. Only downside is the limited selection of eating venues local to the hotel.

Great Service and Comfortable Rooms, but Location Was Misleading The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location: 1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient. 2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected. That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care.

Entra nel hall e vedi montagne false, piscina di pesce, molte pesche sono molto elegante.Il piccolo dipartimento ha la vendita di pesce e i bambini possono pescare. La stanza è molto grande e ha una buona luce. La posizione dell'hotel è buona e conveniente per il viaggio. Molti mangiano vicino, c'è una casa ”desolata” molto deliziosa.
