Hotel looks new with a spanking grand lobby. Welcomed by friendly receptionists. The room that was given to me was spacious, clean and filled with amenities that you need. It takes about thirty mins to reach from the airport by car. To get to the city, getting to the high speed train station takes about fifteen minutes by car and then less than 20 mins to the city via the high speed train. The check out process was easy. Also the group of receptionists was one of the friendly bunch I have ever seen. I would rate this hotel stay a lovely one.

Hotel carino con un servizio molto buono e personale amichevole. Molte attività per i bambini possibile ma devono pagare in più. Buona piscina all'interno con un'area molto carina per i bambini. Il soggiorno è buono, ma la zona circostante non è così bello a causa del sito di costruzione intorno al lago proprio vicino alla zona dell'hotel.

We have booked a room in this hotel many times. Perfect for staying and hanging around with family. It is a huge property with impressive buildings and gardens. It also provides excellent venue for frequent travelers as it is located near the airport and hourly pick & drop service is available. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. All amenities are available within the complex including restaurants, cafes, gym, bar and swimming pool etc.

Well , to be honest I’m non-Chinese speaking, so the communication between me and hotel staffs is limited due to Google, Facebook are blocked in China. However, the staffs have tried their best to support me as much as possible. I’ve highly recommend for this hotel because of their affordable cost, friendly and kindness service staffs… , but in my opinion, it’ll be hard for non- Chinese speakers like me to get to the hotel when first arriving in Tianfu, and you should have proper instructions for guests how to book transfer shuttle service easily, using translate app… in order to get more convenient. Un nuovo hotel brillante, la stanza è molto pulita con un letto confortevole. La colazione era molto buona. La stazione di metropolitana di Sancha è intorno alla strada.
