小朋友期待了很久的賽里木湖之行終於在今年夏天開幕了，酒店就是旅行途中的家，很開心選擇了城際酒店賽里木湖店。連住兩晚使得整體的旅行安排更加從容和自在，我們追到了日出、拍到了湛藍的湖也在賽里木湖湖畔感受到了與家人一起的美好。 地理位置： 城際酒店位置非常好，離景區入口都非常近，買48小時自駕票真的用得足足的。如果有看日出計劃的話，則更是不二選擇。5點多老東門遊客點就已經有工作人員檢票了。 設施條件： 很新！行政雙床房不算特別寬大，但佈局合理，洗手間淋浴間乾濕分離。設施也都很好，尤其是蓬蓬頭，外出難得遇見這麼舒服的。 餐食： 早餐、下午茶和夜宵，下午茶因為沒時間體驗。但早餐和夜宵都有體會到，真的很好。咖啡不差，而且強烈推薦大家多喝牛奶（超濃郁），手作酸奶配上香蕉片，無敵好吃！ 下一次如果機會冬天來看冰推，我會繼續選擇這裏。

This is one of the most beautiful hotels that I've stayed along my trip in Xinjiang, both inside and outside. The location is very convenient, close to the entrance of Sailimu Lake, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They thought about everything you might need during the stay. The breakfast was excellent. I got both milk tea and coffee in one meal:) I definitely recommend this hotel if you travel to Sailimu Lake.

Atour hotel is an absolute gem! Not only it's walking distance to the sayram lake tourist center, but also the service is 10000000! We arrived late arvo, and there was complimentary yummy afternoon tea, follow by delicious supper at night. All facilities are very modern and products are environmental friendly. We got some local snacks as a Welcome gift as well. Staff are super friendly. Highly recommend

La stanza è molto grande. Ci sono due bagni molto convenienti per 2 grandi e 2 piccole (anche se il bagno al piano è molto pieno, le ossa e i fiori non sono isolati, ma risparmiano ancora tempo di bagno). Il personale di servizio è molto amichevole, specialmente dato quattro biglietti di viaggio gratis (sfortunatamente non abbiamo tempo per giocare) Il secondo punto è che la camera non ha USB e interfaccia tipo-c. In secondo luogo, la colazione è molto comune. Tutti in piedi e aspettano che la gente si occupi immediatamente dopo aver mangiato. Room was spacious and clean.Amneties provided.Had stench of cigarrette smell but its not too disturbing.Overall a nice stay

Ottimo soggiorno. L'hotel è molto pulito, con una grande posizione vicino al lago Sayram. L'atmosfera è bella, anche se non a passeggiata dal lago. Ci sono una buona varietà di cibo, e gusta buono.

First, the view from this hotel is incredible, the rooms and beds super comfortable and breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel itself is great, what’s even better are the people. We were made to feel like old friends retiring for a visit. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and Mr Chen was especially hospitable and helpful during our stay. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

The property did not match the photos advertised. Both the room and the view were quite different from what was shown online. In particular, the actual view was on a completely different side, which was disappointing. The cleanliness was only average and could definitely be improved. There was also no hair dryer provided in the room. In addition, the bathroom fixtures, including the shower and faucets, looked old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and a lack of proper upkeep. The food was acceptable, with a reasonable selection, but nothing particularly memorable. Considering the price, I don’t feel the stay offered good value for money. I believe the property would provide a much better experience if it improved its cleanliness, maintained its facilities more regularly, and used photos that accurately represent the actual rooms and views.
