Gwinnett County: hotel con bar

I stayed here for one night for a nearby wedding. As such, I didn't spend much time in the hotel. The room was, clean, updated, and spacious. The room rate was reasonable. They have an on-site restaurant and bar, which is convenient since it's a suburban location. I used the on-site laundry, and everything was in good working order. Staff were polite. I didn't have a car, but I noticed there was plenty of surface lot parking. They have a complimentary shuttle at certain hours for trips within a three-mile radius. I came from midtown Atlanta and unfortunately the Marta does not come out that far, but saved some money taking the Marta to Doraville station and catching a cab at the taxi stand. The Lyft ride to the airport the next morning in light traffic was 45 minutes.

My rating does not include the employees- the employees were lovely. Let’s begin with the fitness room. The equipment is rusty, broken, lacking and crammed. They are missing the 20# weights, the treadmill was actually cracked and the elliptical is only there for looks. A few of my colleagues also used the equipment and were disappointed as well. It’s dark and dank in there. This alone would be a reason I would never return. It was cold when we arrived but the heater was cranked up in the hotel to an uncomfortable (sweat anyone?) setting. The door in the bathroom slammed behind me every time I opened it. I am not the only one who had to prop my bathroom door open at night with the iron. Happy hour will leave you sad. Go to a bar or better yet, go across the street to Embassy Suites for a better one. The employees deserve a better place to work. They all work hard and are extremely helpful. This is a basic hotel with basic amenities and basically provides you with a place to sleep.

Posizione e servizi meravigliosi. Vorrei che la reception fosse un po' più cordiale e comprensiva. Ho trovato dei capelli nel mio letto, quindi anche il servizio di pulizia avrebbe potuto essere un po' più attento.

This is a beautiful facility to drive up to. The lobby has wonderful decor and it feels very fancy. There is not much of a view from the rooms but my king room was a nice size and clean. The layout of the room was nice as well and the barn door on the closet was a nice touch. The gym and pool areas were really nice. Parking is free and easy. It is very close to lots of restaurants and stores for shopping. I would definitely book again.

I've stayed at this hotel the year prior with no issues. It was average but busy. This year was so busy they called me a week before to try and get me to cancel my room because they were overbooked. I refused and then called and spoke with a manager to which I was told that I would have a room for sure. The morning of my trip and called to confirm that I still had a room and they told me they had already had a room assigned to me and would be cleaning it then. I informed then I was still about 6 hours away but was coming for sure. When I arrived shortly after 3:30pm. I was told they did not have a room for me yet. When I mentioned what they told me that morning they said that was not the case and rooms were assigned on a first come first serve basis and they would call me when one was ready. I finally got a room about 5pm. It was okay but the corner king room had no curtain. Simply a shear see through curtain that let in the light from the parking lot and being on the second floor, people could see into the room from outside. When I asked about it, they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. My room was across the hall from some very noisy people as the room walls were thin. However. The breakfast attendant was WONDERFUL. She was pleasant and helpful and always smiling. I left her tips everyday I at there! She was amazing!

L'hotel è molto conveniente. e la sua posizione ”camminata” è grande come se si sente lontano da tutte le stronzate del centro e dell'autostrada. Il personale è stato grande e in grado di accogliere la nostra richiesta di “questo e che” Le camere erano veramente pulite non preoccupano. Tuttavia la luce è povera, la televisione non è la TV intelligente Marriott e i canali di ricerca non sono direttamente avanti. Il Bistro, come la maggior parte dei corteggi che sono stato, è sottoscritto, soprattutto in serata! 3 di noi hanno ordinato il pasto e ci hanno detto: “Sono l'unico qui, quindi sarà un po'. ” Era 8 anni e invece di cercare un altro posto per mangiare, ci aspettammo al Bistro Inoltre, disappunto era solo un ascensore che lavorava (mi è stato detto che non lavorava da un po'. Il mio rating per questo hotel è 4.5 e mi sono arrotondato. (La stanza era pulita e il personale eccellente)

I recently had an outstanding experience with Wayne, at the Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners, that truly exceeded my expectations. Wayne not only resolved my issue promptly but also followed up to ensure everything was as we discussed. Thanks to his immediate response, I was able to get the issue (which was my mistake) fixed, and my company’s concerns were extinguished. Wayne provided excellent customer service and professionalism, along with treating me with compassion and concern in my panic state. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service I received from Wayne and will be recommending Marriott – specifically the Atlanta Marriott at Peachtree Corners - to colleagues, family, and friends.

Povero servizio. Quando mio marito e io siamo arrivati almeno 3 ore dopo il controllo in tempo la nostra stanza già prenota non era disponibile e doveva aspettare un'ora di più per essere pulita per il controllo. Solo mi ha dato un bottiglia d'acqua per i miei problemi. 1 stella!!

bathroom does not have exhaust fan. sofa bed has multiple dirty stain.
