Himanshu Singh ha avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Radisson Blu, ed è stato profondamente impressionato dall'esperienza generale. Da un primo momento, il processo di accoglienza e di check-in efficiente del personale rende la sua arrivo semplice e piacevole.Himanshu apprezzava la spaziosa e elegante camera, dotata di tutte le moderne strutture necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole. Ha detto che il letto era particolarmente confortevole, assicurando un riposo di notte dopo un giorno occupato.Ha trovato il buffet del colazione delizioso, con una grande varietà di opzioni per adattarsi a tutti i gusti. Himashu ha inoltre notato il professionalismo del personale del ristorante e il loro impegno a prestare servizio al cliente.La posizione principale dell'hotel è stata un bonus, che offre a Himanshu facile accesso alle attrazioni locali e al trasporto. In generale, Himanshu Singh ha avuto una fantastica esperienza a Radisson Blu e avrebbe fortemente raccomandato l'hotel per il suo comfort, lusso e servizio eccellente.

The overall stay experience was good . Food quality is excellent .Hotel maintain proper hygiene and safety standards . Location of hotel is good it’s situated in city center . Railway station is also near.Overall experience of hotel is good

Renovation of this 180 yr history tracing heritage property neared completion a few months back and we decided to try what the Taj group had in offer for their guests . Verdant greens greeted us at the outer gates even as a royal welcome with blowing of traditional horn and “ Aarti” awaited at the steps leading up to the grand entrance and lobby. Riya, supervising the front desk team, then took charge to ensure we got the best this Palace could offer throughout our stay right upto a rare warm send off - embodying Taj hospitality in the truest sense. All other members of staff who we interacted with, were also warm, friendly and welcoming - Ishika & Muskan, Dhruv, Sanny among others. Once inside, the property transported us to a royal past through heritage furnishings, murals, paintings, filigree work, stone corridors and courtyards, marble pillars, et all. A blue tiled large, pool with arched bridges leading to tent styled decks in the middle, situated in the centre of a manicured expanse of garden was a feast for the eyes. Taj have erected a few luxurious tents at one side of it , adding to the heritage look. Need one add that all this is accompanied by state of art modern comfort and amenities. All other facilities like a regular swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurant, a royal bar with resplendent furnishings exist to meet all your demands. Of course rooms and suites for all tastes and budgets exist done up with care to minimise any compromise with their heritage design and layout. Few minor fault lines may be encountered in a corner or two, but maintenance of a heritage property in its original look is difficult, and managerial team are willingly open to guests’ suggestions. Overall a wonderful experience! Go ahead and enjoy some royalty yourself, courtesy Taj.

The location is easily accessible. Front office staff very cordial. Toiletries abundant. Hot water supply is not an issue. Restaurant gives food of appreciable quality. The only downside is the size of the room. Whereas in the website it is noted to be 25 sq. Mtrs, it cannot be more than 150 to 160 sq. Ft. Accommodates only 2 chairs besides the king size bed. Not spacious enough to accommodate a table on which one can have coffee or snacks. Considering this, the amount charged for the room is more but, the overall experience is nice as the staff are accommodative and helpful.

Stay is comfortable, please provide atleast one bottle of water complimentary. Every hotel will provide bottle of water.

The hotel is very near to gwalior station it won't even take you 5 mins to reach there, its clean at a very good place, where you can access any and everything at any given point of time and the room was very spacious and comfortable and peaceful as well,the staff was also good, this was my 1st time there but at my next visit I am gonna stay there only.

A-park is nestled off any significant arterial road inside what can be largely described as a residential neighborhood. The hotel is perfectly suited for a quick trip where you need a spacious room, good linen, air conditioning and a clean bathroom. The housekeeping is acceptable and the boys are willing to help. I didn't need to try the food so can't comment on the kitchen, but they have room service till 10pm. I stayed for 2 nights and if i need to travel to gwalior again, will definitely consider staying at a park.

My stay at royal class hotel was very comfortable. The location of hotel is good, all tourist places are located within 10 kms from this hotel. Staff was courteous. Food is very delicious here. Rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommended.
