A converted palace in the middle of a bustling city a haven of tranquility. A delightful but difficult building to negotiate one’s way around. Splendid bedroom beautifully appointed a joy to be in. The staff from the wonderful general manager down were helpful, courteous and extremely patient. To pick out a single member of staff is difficult but my vote goes to Ravi in the dining room. The chef was incredibly helpful when sorting out my dietary problems and produced meals of the highest quality.
Recommended you stay I leave you to make your own mind.

Rooms are not spacious. First they offer me small room, yet i booked a deluxe room. When i force to change, they change room. Pickup and drop facility by hotel. . But drop facility not followed as i book auto from hotel to railway station and paid for it. They only pickup when i came. Food was good but expensive according to quantity.

Much more professionalism is appreciated from the staffs members at the time of serving breakfast, instead of trying to get away with the stuffs without coming up with a solution. If the things are unavailable then they must have a second option rather than straight away denying. Asked for english breakfast it was denied and menu card was not provided however when the same breakfast was requested by one of the germane couple it was accepted and also the menu card was given to have a choice. Why such a difference between white skin and indians. Not needed

Conveniently situated near the train station and within close proximity to several landmarks in gwalior, the hotel offers a prime location. The breakfast features a diverse selection of options, catering well to indian travelers. However, the rooms could benefit from some attention and care, particularly in terms of cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, to enhance the overall customer experience.

My stay was amazing at hotel mk vivanta, gwalior. The room was so good looking and clean, the bed bathroom table and all the furniture was amazing. Looking forward to staying at it again.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel's location is excellent. It is just about 1 km from the railway station if one walks. At the same time, it isn't noisy. It is on a road that is relatively quieter than the others around. The view of the fort is great from some of the rooms and i got see a beautiful sunset from my room. The service of the staff is courteous, extremely helpful and accommodating. Both mr. Sunny and mr. Ranjit parihar were warm, welcoming and polite before booking reservations and while confirming a day before reaching gwalior. I had wanted an early check-in and they very kindly accommodated my request. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Food is good too.

UUtente ospiteThe property is good in this price range, nice cleaned room, food is very tasty i must admit, the service like room service or room cleaning is very good, the staff is quick. If i teak about breakfast the spread is very limited but what every is served is good taste and yummy. The gwalior fort is near by a person can get auto easily just for rupees 100 to reach there, the hotel is veg but if you want non veg food you can order online and eat there hotel staff will provide you cutlery. Il manager dell'hotel mi ha chiesto di trasferirmi in due camere da letto singole invece della camera doppia deluxe, dopo aver accettato di dare la camera doppia deluxe. Il resto è abbastanza buono. Ci hanno dato buoni servizi in camera. Le camere sono spaziose con tavolo da pranzo, divano e TV a 32 pollici.
