The experience is very good and the check in and check out is smooth and the serivce is good except hot water serivce remaining all the service and maintainace is excellent. Good response towards problem by the hotel management

Dear sir, the staff of ambiance hotel is also not cooperative. Very bad service in this hotel and hotel staff provide kinley water bottle manufacturing date september-2023. I have completed and hotel ambiance staff did not solve this issue

The rooms are pretty decent. They are clean as well. The bathroom of the room allotted to us was very dirty and we asked them to change the room, they were quick in that, so appreciate that. The thing i hated is the breakfast they provided. Everything was cold, we had to ask multiple times for a glass of water and the waiter was rude as well. The quality of food itself was super bad.

Hotel is in very bad condition. Even sofas are dirt and broken. I request you people to check propety before putting on your app.

Rooms were good. But there was no hot water in bathroom for 3 days. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.
