Hotel in zona Jalan Kembang Putih, Guwosari

Abbiamo scelto questo Resort perché situato circa a metà strada tra l’aeroporto e le principali attrazioni della zona: il centro di Yogyakarta (raggiungibile in 30-40 minuti di auto), Prambanan e Borobudur (entrambi a circa un’ora e mezza di auto). Il Resort sorge tuttavia al di fuori delle strade principali, in un’area completamente immersa nel verde. Il personale, formato da ragazzi giovani, parla inglese ed è molto disponibile ad accogliere le richieste degli ospiti. La camera era una piccola villetta indipendente (in totale ce ne sono una decina sp**** lungo la proprietà), molto spaziosa ed elegante ma allo stesso tempo ‘naturale’ con molto legno), con letto a baldacchino. Nota per me meno lieta: il bagno all’esterno! Capisco che in Indonesia sia una sorta di tradizione, ma purtroppo nonostante il primo approccio sia ‘wow’, non si può alla fine non fare i conti con i problemi: primo, la scomodità di avere il bagno ‘fuori casa’; secondo, il fatto che in un ambiente immerso nella natura gli insetti inevitabilmente ci sono! Comodo il servizio di colazione, che viene concordata il giorno prima e poi portata direttamente in camera all’orario prescelto. Il Resort ha anche il suo ristorante, situato a circa 1 km ma raggiungibile con la navetta gratuita che viene messa a disposizione degli ospiti. Il Resort offre anche la navetta aeroportuale, anche se a un prezzo sopra la media. C’è infine anche una bella piscina di cui però non abbiamo usufruito.

Mi dispiace di doverle dire questo, ma questo hotel è supervalutato. Ottenere il 12° posto a Tripadv, così ho pensato che questo hotel sarebbe stato fantastico. Infatti, non ero soddisfatto. Ho avuto la foglia di letto sporca e quando mi sono lamentata di questo e ho chiesto di cambiare la stanza, il ricevitore ha detto che cambiano la foglia di letto. Cerco di capire e lasciare che cambiassero. Quando il custode del letto è venuto a cambiare il letto, non ha indossato una maschera finché non gli ho chiesto di andare a cercare la maschera :) Voglio dire, è durante la pandemia, perché il tuo staff non ha indossato una maschera? Quando ha già cambiato il letto, è anche sporco :) come hai fatto a non controllarlo prima di usarlo? La stanza stessa non mi soddisfa, il asciugamano è rotto. Non credo che questo hotel sia anche in linea con il protocollo sanitario durante questa pandemia.

Dopo tre anni fa in questo hotel, è stato finalmente possibile tornare qui. L'atmosfera è ancora comoda e non troppo rumorosa. L'hotel non è troppo grande, ma è abbastanza spazioso e la piscina sul retro rende l'atmosfera fredda. Con circa 35 camere, questo hotel sembra sempre pieno. E ********** ha ancora una camera confortevole. Nell'arco della ricezione c'è un bel angolo di caffè, si può avere un bel caffè mentre si gode l'atmosfera.

Il servizio, il luogo, l'impianto e i cibi sono buoni. La cosa che mi dà buona esperienza è il delizioso cibo. Uno di cui devi aggiungere è la sala di preghiera islamica e il posto per wudhu. Inoltre, ci sono bisogno di più spazio nel bagno, solo 2 camere disponibili che possiamo usare per centinaia di noi.

Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service!
