Very comfy motel with an amazing view of the Mississippi. Watching the sunrise over the river was great.

Had a great view of the Mississippi. Nice area to sit outside and watch the sunset and stars come out. Staff was great.

Beautiful view from both inside our room and outside. There was lots of seating room outside the room for taking in the view. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice place but a few issues. This is a nice little motel, with great views of the river. Grounds were nice, with amenities for guests to use. It's a nice quiet area and has great "curb appeal". No, there is no ice or soda machine, as some complained about. Not a huge deal, plan ahead or run down the hill to the station or store. The room was small but clean, yet had some issues & was not quite finished. The corner cabinet was kind of a make shift cabinet/counter top. Counter top was not finished/correct size for the cabinet it was sitting on. So looked a little "off". There was also a carpet patch right in front of the bathroom, which didn't look right & was hard not to stumble/trip on it, when using the bathroom. There were stains all over the carpet as well, so that looked unappealing. Bed was okay, but not very comfortable to me. It was rather hard in my opinion. I realize it's not a big chain motel/hotel, but just feel for price paid, the room should have been more finished & carpet could have been cleaner. I tried to attach photos, but for some reason the app won't let me attach any. ☹️ Google review has some though.

We loved our stay at this hidden gem. Tucked away but close to everything. The view outside our door was stunning. Host and Hostess were the most friendly folks! We had a very nice chat sitting around the fire. Well maintained property and the price can’t be beat! Going for second visit this weekend.
