The location is perfect for people wanting to get to the Mexico City North Bus Station as it's only 4-5 minutes on foot. Check-in was smooth as was check-out. The room was big, clean and comfortable.

If you need wifi during your stay in this hotel, choose another one.

房間整潔乾淨，空間很大，櫃檯服務人員服務態度很好，提出的問題很快速就幫忙解決了，非常友善。 距離北客運站很近，走路三五分鐘就到了，很適合做爲轉運休息站。

Un poco de problemas con la luz electricidad pero todo bien el hotel y el personal buen servicio ningun problema

如果世界上還有最後一個沒有WiFi的酒店，一定就是這一個。並且寄存行李也不能過夜，因為要去其他城市第二天回來，結果衹能花350peso寄存在機場。看起來酒店對面是流浪者紮營的地方。有點亂。

這家酒店離汽車北站很近但是服務不行，沒有WiFi, 換匯也沒有收據，對面就是流浪者扎帳篷露營的集中地，感覺有些亂。

WiFiが絶望的にダメ。回線速度はちゃんと出てるのに、繋がらない、途切れる事が多々。辛うじて繋がるのは廊下側だけで、仕方ないからネットに繋ぐときにはわざわざベッドから離れて廊下側まで移動していた。 バスターミナル近くの立地、広さ、清潔さ、スタッフの丁寧さ、全てが良かったのにWiFiのせいで台無し。 WiFi is hopelessly bad. The connection speed was good, but it was often disconnected. The only place I could barely get a connection was on the hallway side, so I had to move all the way away from my bed to the hallway side when I wanted to connect to the Internet. The location near the bus terminal, the space, the cleanliness, the politeness of the staff, everything was good, but the WiFi ruined it.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, el hotel está cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Mi única queja es que el wifi no funcionó nunca en mi habitación.

房間沒有空調，洗衣服務、拖鞋、飲用水等一些配置，裏面網絡非常差……環境還行，總的來説值得推薦，裏面有熱水，不太好用，花灑水很小洗澡不暢快
