Very good hotel, free parking, WiFi, excellent breakfast, swimming pool, children’s playgrounds, tennis and football courts and a fairly good restaurant near by for lunch or dinner Except for 2 things: — the ever pretty loud playing “music” at the swimming pool. While I can understand the need of some, for entertainment everywhere they go, — and the wish of management to fulfill customers wishes, honestly what they play here it’s not music, but noise. What I can not understand it’s why if more than few paying customers( all over their young age) asked the bartender nicely to turn it down or lower the volume, the answer was, “it’s by clients request”. What clients? Those over 50? Or over 60? Or the ones with toddlers, young children? ‘ Cause there were none others than these, every of the 6 days we stayed there. — we had to ask specifically for our room to be cleaned— or if it’s a self service cleaning hotel— after 3 days of staying. It was not and they have a good reason for not housekeeping: there are no universal keys/or duplicates for all rooms thus the housekeeping can do their job in all of them. So if the customer it’s not “at home”, no housekeeping. Indeed when asked , someone from the staff came immediately and cleaned the room. But only because WE notified them and were on the premises. Don’t get me wrong: I’m not the ever unhappy customer, complaining about everything, no matter what. I’d have cleaned myself if I I had the tools; no problem at all.
