Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner, and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It's a good place to stay , clean and hygienic, staff is very cooperative and Mr Manoj is the very good and helping person, if you have any issue than he is the right person to connect with. Now I became a regular customer. Hotel staff can work on breakfast menu to increase the customer experience.

Great team Good service The place is neat, clean and safe. It’s conveniently located on National Highway 8 close to the Google office and 32nd Milestone. Overall, I stayed here twice for a period of 2 weeks each and will most definitely return here whenever I travel to this part of the county for work.

Rosa Gurugram is a decent place to stay with good in room facilities. The place is maintained very nicely with optimum hygiene and care except for a few points mentioned in the improvement areas here. Staff at the property is very helpful. Our front office manager Manoj was very cooperative and made sure our stay is comfortable and all our fooding and lodging requirements are addressed on time to time basis. Food: (4/5) The staff takes orders and ensures they are customizing the menu maximum to suit your requirements. Amazing breakfast and dinner both taste and service wise (hot food served) are made available. Lodging: (3.5/5) The rooms are clean, bedsteads & towels are clean and in room cutlery is hygienic. Water provided in the room is in the glass bottles (mostly RO purified water, mineral water available on demand against charges). Staff and Cafeteria: (5/5) Staff is courteous and makes sure your needs are addressed on priority. The cafeteria is small but comfortably designed for consuming meals without much disturbance. Improvements needed: In room fridge to keep the water cool, specifically during these harsh summers is a necessity. Cold water is provided on call but calling for cold water is not possible every time specifically in the night. Rooms are cleaned once in 2 days, this can be brought up to cleaning once in a day but changing towels and bed sheets once in 2 days. Locks of the room need to be serviced properly as opening the doors is a task at times, given the old locking patterns. There are rooms with twin sharing but when booked for single accommodation the beds need to be joined and a single blanket (queen / king size) should be provided. Overall rating: 4 on 5. Very good for business bed, breakfast and one major meal kind of a stay. Also very good for a shaadi ka baraati arrangement kind of a stay.

This was definitely a place that felt like a home away from home. The rooms were tastefully decorated and kept very clean. The staff were amazing, always on hand to help and assist to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A special mention for Surender at the front desk, a very competent, resourceful and extremely friendly member of the Rosastays team. Also, Ankur from the marketing team who managed my various stays was very helpful, accommodating and flexible. My various stays at this place have been enjoyable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Rosastays to anyone visiting Gurugram.

The host Manoj sharma is very cooperative and is a great host. The property and hotel rooms are always very clean and well-maintained and I also find the rooms pretty. I’ve been there a lot many times as it’s safe and extremely accommodating.
