My stay at the hotel was good. The size of the room is decent and the cleanliness was quite good. The breakfast wasn't that good, not a lot of varieties given, it's mostly Indian style. The service and the restaurant from the hotel. Overall, the stay was good but definitely lots of room to improve

The location was covenient and food was good. We mostly had breakfast and dinner included in the room booking. Most days were similar dishes and we were ok with this as long as it was prepared hygienically. The staff was always friendly and catered to most of our needs. Special mention out to Pawan and Meenakshi who ensured our dining needs and service was always top notch. Rooms were ok considering it to be 3 star. Cleanliness was ok. Anything that was requested was made available quickly which is a plus.

I would like to share my feedback for Mr. Gulwez at the Front Desk. He is extremely polite, professional, and helpful. He handled my check-in smoothly and assisted me with every request very patiently. His communication skills and guest-handling abilities are excellent. I truly appreciate his positive attitude and dedication towards guest service. Thank you, Gulwez, for making my stay comfortable and pleasant.

“My experience with Front Desk staff member Gulwez was very good. He was polite, calm, and helpful throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a smile and made the check-in process very smooth. Whenever I had any questions, he responded clearly and guided me properly. He handled everything with professionalism and made sure that I felt comfortable. I appreciate the way he communicates with guests and manages his work with responsibility. Overall, his behaviour, service, and attitude were excellent. I am fully satisfied with the assistance provided by Gulwez.

Meenakshi, Guman sir and Mukesh and pawan and Gulwez , aditya were amazing and very supportive. Every request were taken seriously and given on time. It felt like homestying.
