#AhujaResidency #Gurgoan #Gurugram has expanded like anything, appartments, corporates, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, planned city yet with some issues but then life is like that only, going smooth then suddenly something starts bothering you. Talking about hotels, Gurgaon has many branded hotels in all categories yet some hidden gems are there to explore, like #AhujaResidency. This time we visited a small boutique hotel #AhujaResidency on DLF, it's sixty plus keys hotel. Entrance is quite inviting with greenery around, beautiful lobby, decent, classy decore, loved it. Entered the restaurant next to the lobby which is quite spacious, greenery and the waterfall back drop gives amazing ambience. Restaurant has some extended open area. The good part is that AQI level is maintained in the hotel as per the norms and displayed on the screen, whereas outside hotel the AQI is very high these days and quite disturbing. Sumptuous meal we had here in very good company of Mamta Sharma, Sonal Pathak, Nitin Ahuja..... These days during the lunch time on Sundays, some live stations are in the extended open area.... Golgappa, Chat Paperi, Tikki, Mangolen Section. We relished all with perfect sweet, sour taste. The Buffet had many options to have with good display.....like Makki ki Roti and Sarson ka Saag kept together, Chole Bhature in one Warmer,..... Had delicious Khao Suey, Manchow Soup, Good Kanji Vada in cute little glass. Dum ka Murg was excellent, Sarson ka Saag was great, the first Saag of this season with fresh ingredients. Chole with Amritsari Kulcha, the Kulcha was outstanding, very crisp done with fresh herbs. Freshly made Gulab jamun, tasty and Kesariya Firni for the dessert .... ended this marvellous food on sweet note. Had a wonderful afternoon, great conversations over Coffee, Food in amazing ambience.
