First they have shifted my booked property , later room was not well managed , no towels and bathroom was smelling

The rooms were not spacious enough for a deluxe category with no ventilation. And also there was an unfortunate event of fire on top floor due to which all sprinklers were running early in the morning and we had to move out for next 4-5 hrs with no electricity/food/water. Ultimately we had to checkout without even getting basic fresh n up needs. No compensation was given to anyone. Staff was stubborn too. Need better management and hospitality.

The room didn’t have heater and was quite small. They didn’t have a decent dining area and there was no table/space for in room dining.

I am booked this hotel second time. I am booked superior room with balcony this is same category last time and this time hotel give me same room allotted me. Hotel show the pictures in front room for this category but give back side room there are no any view and construction is also starting and disturbing all time. I have requested to you please give same room you are showing in this website.

Saltstayz hotel huda city centre in sector 43 offers clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location near the metro. However, the price of foods is excessively high as compare to other hotel services
