Stayed at Hotel Comfort Inn Dhaliwals, Gurugram with family for 2 (two) nights followed by 1(one) more night in the month of October, 2023. For the first stay, booked 2(two) nos Executive Rooms. For the second stay, used a Family Suite Room. Chose the Hotel given its proximity to Artemis Hospital, Gurugram where I was getting my son's medical check up done. On the first occassion, we checked in at 2 AM given our late night flight. Even at such odd hour, the reception gave us a warm welcome and helped with the good number of baggage into our room. Food was available 24x7 and the staff were ever ready to address any request that you made. Rooms were spacious and washrooms fully equipped. Bed linens and blankets could be better as numerous stains on them felt awkward. Quality of food was upto expected levels for such a property and portions generous. Buffet breakfast served in the morning has a lot of room for improvement. The spread could be much better and can include some bakery items. All special request made for an infant's food were accomodated which is very much appreciable. There are many similar properties in the vicinity where I have stayed given my frequent visit to Artemis Hospital but what sets the property apart is the genuine desire among the staff to create customer delight. Phone network (Jio) is bit erratic in the building which is something beyond the property's control. If the issues mentioned above are addressed, I shall have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating. Still, at the prevailing prices, you can't go wrong with the property.
