The hotel is located in a nice area. The hotel ambience is good. The room that we stayed in is good. Hotel staff are helpful. We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. Breakfast was simple and good. Lunch leaves room for improvement. Overall, a very good place to stay.

My stay was very pleasant. The amenities were generally good with a few hiccups like forgetting towels. Very clean & well maintained. Food in zaika was top class. Service was quick and friendly. I will 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Felt very comfortable with the services by the staff members great communication and the services has been provided in less time. The food at the restaurant is also great and the room maintenance is very hygienic. Looking forward to visit again.

Great location and staff is very courteous. The restaurant was good and the food was of great quality. Room was good and amenities are fantastic. I made up my mind for 5 star rating but ended up giving 4 star. I did tell the staff why a 4 and not 5. I was in room 402 and shower head did not work. Water does drain and overflow causes flooding in the bathroom. Maintenance is reactive and not proactive. May be i got a bad room. Otherwise, i would give a 5 for all other things.

Ac was in bad condition even the receptionist tried to rectify it still all the rooms ac was in bad condition, making it tough at night it was very difficult. Even for breakfast they had only a dosa option that was too plain dosa, dried dosa. Staff was helpful

Make my trip arranged me to stay in v royal park. Hotel is very neat and services are excellent. It just near to guntur railway station and having very tasty food supply restaurant. The food section having wide range of verities from starters to dishes with excellent taste. I enjoyed their food section and very happy to stay here.
