Had an amazing week here at Jasmin Beach! My first abroad holiday in 17 years did not disappoint. The hotel was lovely, clean, spacious and fresh rooms, pool and poolside were clean and organised. The food was delicious, something for everyone! The staff were attentive and helpful and always there to please the guests. Location great too! Would definitely recommend.

I’m not entirely sure how this hotel is rated a 4 star, the housekeeping is poor to say the least, sheets were not changed our whole stay, you had to ask for clean towels more than once. There was a drain next to our toilet which over flowed and leaked sewage water all over the bathroom floor, when we told reception it seemed as though it was a common problem, they sent someone to fix it but didn’t clean the dirty floor or remove the dirty towels and replace with new we had to ask for this to be done. One member of our group waited over 2 hours for new towels when she eventually walked to reception to ask in person the member of staff asked her where she thinks he can get her towels from in the reception area?! Then a member of the house keeping team advised her that as her room number wasn’t in the area of the hotel that she worked she couldn’t get her any….. not the kind of service you’d expect from a 4* The bathroom in our room was grotty looking, the grout was black, the shower head was gross and the sink was covered in filler and sealant. The doors & walls were covered in marks and looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in months. On the flip side the staff in the restaurant were brilliant, I was with two children so had a few spillages and dropped food which I’m more than happy to clean up myself however they wouldn’t allow me too. They were straight to the table with a mop or a broom to clean. The food options for kids are limited especially if you have fussy eaters or a child with sensory issues. They had a kids corner which consisted of spaghetti and a tomato that was all, some nights they didn’t even have that. Snack bar was from 2:30 - 4:30 which was burgers or nuggets. The beach which is across the road opposite the hotel was dirty, rubbish everywhere and had stray dogs laying all over it. Such a shame it’s not kept clean as it’s a beautiful area and scenic. We spent one day at the panoramic bar which has another quieter pool and baby pool, there were electrical wires exposed by the baby pool. A member of our party also had a room nearer to the back of the hotel which overlooked a courtyard which had been sectioned off using a dirty looking potato sack sheet… apparently this is where the manager lives. Looks awful!! The entertainment was just OK, they play the same songs every night which is odd considering they have a DJ…. If you are staying in a room surrounding the main hotel building the music is loud and you will be able to hear it in your room. One night a few members of our group went out for drinks in the town upon arriving back at the hotel they found the security guard asleep at his post. This is just an OK hotel, don’t be fooled by the immaculate reception area because that seems to be the only room in the hotel that’s cleaned.

This is our favourite hotel we’ve been twice now and booked 2 weeks in June can’t get enough of it . All staff are lovely and so helpful . There is so much choices regarding food and drinks you will never go hungry or thirsty . The terrace restaurant was our favourite place to eat and the pool up there is more of a chilled vibe so spent a lot of time up there , the staff at the terrace restaurant are the best :-) especially Nigel ! The chef up there makes the most delicious meals don’t miss out on eating up there and the 2 young boys up there are so lovely bless them . There’s a pizza guy who makes fresh pizzas on demand from 12.30 til 4 and don’t miss out on them either they are amazing . The rooms are great I don’t know why people are moaning they was always well kept and cleaned well for us with fresh water left every day , any problems and Anne at main reception will sort anything out asap for you . The waiters and cooks down the main restaurant work so hard and are so helpful you can literally want for nothing while there . The entertainment is great special shout out to speedy who is the best entertainer we’ve seen so far his great with all the kids and adults too . Can’t wait to come back in June next year counting down the days til we are there again and get to see the countless friends we made . Ignore all the bad reviews and book you will not be disappointed.

Just come back for a lovely stay at the Jasmin beach hotel. I really don't understand some of the negative reviews on here. Staff were all so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Muhammed the small waiter was always so smiley and helpful. The food was lovely and plenty of variety for everyone I felt and always nice and hot. Fresh food on the grill cooked as you waited. Entertainment was great loved the Turkish night with the waiters all dancing. Great location only a couple of steps from the beach. Pool area was very clean and never struggled to get a sunbed. There was quite a few people who were regulars there so it can't be that bad! I would highly recommend this hotel don't be put off by the negative comments.

I love this hotel, ive stayed there 4 times the last being Oct 2024. We are going again in August 2025. The staff are friendly but professional, will help with anything, food is great so much variety there's something for everyone (& they have a kids corner). There are 3 pools, slides & a private beach 3 minute walk from. The gate entrance. The Turkish bath / massage is a must but have it before you get a tan. Would definitely recommend.
