房間是23年才裝修的，整體很新。小區也是新小區，周邊很安靜，沒有特別多的雜音。房間設施簡單齊全，很適合家庭和多個朋友出行。

位於一個小區裏面的民宿，小區很新，周邊環境好，樓下各種配套設施也很齊全，離市區較遠。民宿內裝修簡潔乾淨，拖鞋，一次性用品配置齊全，使用和居住都很舒服。
