I chose this hotel to be close to the train and subway station and the airport. I ended up not flying by plane, but was able to get to the train station easily to get back to where I needed to be. The only inconvenience is little access restaurants and a supermarket. But I added breakfast as part of my stay and the food was very good.

Molto molto adatto per gli amici che si muovono o parteno in un volo notturno, proprio al bordo della stazione di volo T2. La porta principale non è aperta al momento, quindi è sicuro entrare nella stazione di volo e prendere un cavo per l'hotel! Ho mandato un amico al volo mattina dopo l'ispezione di sicurezza e sono tornato a dormire un'illusione e andare al volo. Il tempo è molto ok!

L'hotel è nuovo, quindi è tutto decorato, ma c'è un piccolo forte nella stanza di questo nuovo hotel.La pressione del bagno è molto bassa e il bagno può essere riciclato.Il segnale televisivo interrotto e la cerimonia di apertura dei Giochi olimpici non è stata vista. Sono andato al ristorante molto caldo la mattina, e ho chiesto al cameriere di dire che c'era troppo gente per ammettere che c'era un problema con l'aria condizionata.

説一下優點：
1️⃣房間整體看起來還挺好的，價格我定的時候很便宜100出頭一個晚上，所以有些問題我可以忍受，但是確實衝著錦江之星品尚的牌子和期待預訂的，所以後續問題也會列出。
2️⃣加早餐衹要16元一份，我沒有試，因為我老是起不來。3️⃣前台小姐姐和清潔人員的服務態度不錯。
4️⃣房間裏有送咖啡，水，茶，可以每天飲用
缺點：1⃣️Wi-Fi 不給力，2⃣️商務房B全部都是臨街的外窗，酒店隔音不太好，而且沒有無窗的房間給我降級，如果換到不臨街的房間要付每天25元的升級房型的差價。3⃣️有上任房客留下的塑料袋沒有打掃 4⃣️馬桶上有一些不明污漬，但是也擦不掉的樣子，無奈😮💨5️⃣離地鐵站比較遠而且比較偏遠，晚上回來還是建議打車比較好

Vedendo che avevo portato una persona anziana, ha preso l'iniziativa di upgrade della tipologia della camera e Inoltre vorrei ringraziare la signorina al momento del check-out per il suo ritardo premuroso, pieno di gentilezza verso gli anziani. ! In secondo luogo, la posizione dell'hotel è ottima, in un ambiente comodo, a pochi passi dalla pittoresca Torre Jiaxiu! C'è anche una strada con un sacco di cibo delizioso accanto, il che è molto comodo! TTee’s Favourite ThingsOne word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room.
Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be.
If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one.
We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything.
The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room.
If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread.

Il bagno è molto grande con bagno separato e doccia. Suggerisco di mettere un po' di sale da bagno e shampoo/ gel da doccia.
Il personale è molto amichevole.
Anche la sala è molto buona, con una piccola parte di biscotti, bevande, salate e dolci.
Tuttavia, non ci sono piastrelle nel bagno, dobbiamo andare a trovare piastrelle per la secchezza dei capelli.

Ci sono cheongsam gratuiti da provare nella hall e la sera è disponibile anche il porridge a tarda notte. La stanza è pulita e inodore, nella camera familiare c'è anche un cavallo a dondolo, ci sono anche souvenir e i giocattoli per bambini possono essere portati via! Anche i bicchierini per bambini, gli spazzolini da denti, lo shampoo e i prodotti da bagno sono molto premurosi.

Steaming freshly cooked- noodles with different toppings, fried rice, steamed rice, rice porridge, various dishes, fruit juices, hot beverages, fruits, desserts, on-the-go breakfast snacks, etc. The manager personally managed the breakfast spread, making sure the food and drinks were replenished and invited guests to try the breakfast noodle.

My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️
- The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese!

ZZongzaiwaimianpaoSebbene sia solo dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla metropolitana della stazione nord di Guiyang, il passaggio sotterraneo a Guiyang non è davvero lusinghiero. L'uscita è l'uscita Dream City. Sali le scale e cammina fino all'edificio più alto.
Il personale della reception dell'hotel non è molto entusiasta. Si sentono tutti come se gli ospiti dovessero loro dei soldi. Non dà alle persone una bella sensazione.
I servizi in camera sono OK, dai servizi igienico-sanitari alle strutture ambientali. I corridoi e gli ascensori soddisfano tutti i requisiti degli hotel standard. Anche l'assistente vocale intelligente è più conveniente. Non è necessario estrarre la scheda di alimentazione in camera, ma c'è non c'è modo di garantire che il condizionatore sia sempre acceso. TTherRaHo prenotato una stanza senza pensare alla stanza stessa, ma sapevo solo che era ”letto circolare”.
Che cosa devo dire? Era fantastico! Il letto non era solo circolare, ma anche enorme e la stanza era piuttosto un piccolo appartamento con una cottura, un grande cannone e un bagno elegante.
Anche la posizione (direttamente su una stazione di metro della linea 2) è stata perfetta per arrivare rapidamente nei diversi angoli di Guiyang. Con il proprio piccolo ”supermercato” per gli acquisti rapidi direttamente nell'edificio e un centro commerciale direttamente nei vicini, non manca niente.
Quindi non ho niente da fare e lo consiglio pienamente 😊.

Cchrischan1609First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name.
Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel si trova tra il parco delle zone umide e il villaggio di Buyi. Sulla destra ci sono vari casali del popolo Buyi, e sulla sinistra c'è un buon posto per passeggiare. L'hotel è molto nuovo e anche il design all'interno è molto laborioso e pensato. La colazione non è solo presentata in modo squisito, ma ha anche un buon sapore e la sorellina alla reception ha un buon atteggiamento di servizio.
