I was really pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with good water pressure, the woman who checked us in was very efficient, the location literally inside the airport is perfect and all for a very reasonable price. I would, without a doubt, stay here again if I needed a bed close to Guiyang airport.

Excellent new hotel literally 5 minutes walk from terminal 3 of the airport. So convenient for our very late arrival from Beijing! Nice big modern clean rooms, bed was so comfortable and bathroom very nice. Fantastic breakfast with mix of Chinese and western. Staff were all really lovely.

TTee’s Favourite ThingsOne word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room.
Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be.
If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one.
We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything.
The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room.
If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread.
Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

1. Posizione conveniente: la stazione metropolitana è a destra della porta, dove si può raggiungere i principali punti della città senza molte connessioni sul terreno.
2. Food: Un colazione è incluso nel mio tasso. Aggiungere un costo solo US$4. La varietà di cibo mi sta sparando. Senza eccessiva non ripeterai quello che mangi in una settimana se prendi solo cinque articoli ogni giorno. Pensa a quello che è stato fornito in hotel americano per 15 dollari. Solo 4 dollari qui - incredibile!
3. Il personale è molto cortese e utile, dal desk front al personale di pulizia, e servizi in camera. È possibile ricevere una risposta immediata per rispondere alle vostre esigenze ogni volta che le sollevi.
4. Facilità: è stata messa in servizio nel 2022, quindi tutto è nuovo e ben mantenuto. Ha piscina all'aperto, palestra, biliardo (anche una per il snook) e sala ping pong. Esso è destinato ad ospitare grandi conferenze/eventi.
Ora la parte che penso possano fare meglio...
1. Fumo: Non è un hotel proibito di fumare, che è abbastanza comune in Cina, soprattutto non le prime città di livello. Ma non assegnano alcune camere per non fumare. Invece, tutte le camere sono permesse e sono permesse anche nella maggior parte delle aree pubbliche. Anche se questo potrebbe essere un bene per i visitatori interni, può essere un fattore non aromatizzato per le persone dall'estero.

Ci sono cheongsam gratuiti da provare nella hall e la sera è disponibile anche il porridge a tarda notte. La stanza è pulita e inodore, nella camera familiare c'è anche un cavallo a dondolo, ci sono anche souvenir e i giocattoli per bambini possono essere portati via! Anche i bicchierini per bambini, gli spazzolini da denti, lo shampoo e i prodotti da bagno sono molto premurosi.
La colazione ha molte varietà e ha un buon sapore?

- Lavender-based toiletries, good- smelling not overpowering
- Room with a view, overlooking the restaurants below and the train station in a distance
- hearty and delicious breakfast. Steaming freshly cooked- noodles with different toppings, fried rice, steamed rice, rice porridge, various dishes, fruit juices, hot beverages, fruits, desserts, on-the-go breakfast snacks, etc. The manager personally managed the breakfast spread, making sure the food and drinks were replenished and invited guests to try the breakfast noodle.

My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️
- The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese!

I servizi in camera sono OK, dai servizi igienico-sanitari alle strutture ambientali. I corridoi e gli ascensori soddisfano tutti i requisiti degli hotel standard. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

TTherRaHo prenotato una stanza senza pensare alla stanza stessa, ma sapevo solo che era ”letto circolare”.
Che cosa devo dire? Era fantastico! Il letto non era solo circolare, ma anche enorme e la stanza era piuttosto un piccolo appartamento con una cottura, un grande cannone e un bagno elegante.
Anche la posizione (direttamente su una stazione di metro della linea 2) è stata perfetta per arrivare rapidamente nei diversi angoli di Guiyang. Con il proprio piccolo ”supermercato” per gli acquisti rapidi direttamente nell'edificio e un centro commerciale direttamente nei vicini, non manca niente.
Quindi non ho niente da fare e lo consiglio pienamente 😊.

I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious, had a lovely bath and the bed and sheets were luxurious. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was very hot in my room but the manager found me a fan right away which was perfect and I had a nice nights sleep. The hotel lobby and stairway could be a little more clean but the views were nice from the common balcony area.
🤩 马娟 showed me where I could rent a bike to explore the wetland park and made delicious recommendations on where I could get the local noodles that were soooo tasty I went back twice! 🥘 The restaurants nearby serve a lot of BBQ and many other places have KTV but it didn’t go on throughout the night. There is a little construction across the valley during the day as it seems someone is building a big resort but inside the room it was very quiet. It’s a 3 mins walk from the river and if you walk about 5 mins away from the little town it’s quiet and peaceful by the river.
❤️ I would recommend staying here if you want to explore a gorgeous wetland park in the city or if you want a little taste of nature before flying from Guiyang. It’s also very close to the Huaxi park (about 20mins walk) and Tianhetan park is around a 25-40 mins taxi depending on traffic and time and costs about 40-50rmb.
