入住辦理非常友好，12歲以下小朋友不需要加床並加送早餐，房間典型的美式設計乾淨簡潔，酒店出口左邊就是Tim hortons快餐店，體驗感非常好，值得推薦一下。

Peter was amazing. We had brought our furry friend and I had originally booked a king suite. Well unfortunately this room wasn’t pet friendly. Peter showed me a pet friendly room and was so professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you again !

I would love to give them a 5 star review
The staff working the front at the check in/out counter and the breakfast were amazing, friendly, and did their jobs with a smile on their faces every time we were there...
but this is the second time using this hotel for 2 nights/3days and every time the cleaning staff comes in, all they did was make the beds. I understand that I have a toddler and he makes messes with crumbs on the tables they provide in room but nothing was cleaned off, the bathrooms were just picked up the towels, the toilet paper wasn't changed/added a new roll. Again this is twice this happened...

My husband and daughter stayed there for hockey. They said it was clean, breakfast was nice option to have, it had a few food options close by and staff were super nice. Def would stay again.

Our stay was very good...the staff were very friendly and polite. The bathroom doorgot stuck on the 2nd morning which we reported to reception and this was fixed in no time.
There was a pub right next to the hotel...very convenient for me and my wife to go and celebrate new yr and see in 2024

Clean and quiet hotel. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast options. Location worked best for our needs.
Worked well for 4 nights stay, will consider again in future.

I will stay here again. Friendly staff and clean overall. However, I do see a few long hair in my bathroom. I especially like the waffle machine at breakfast but seems like they don't refill many things when I came down at 9 am which still had half an hour before closing.
